I can not reccommend this property or owner enough. Andy was fantastic to deal with from the day of enquiring about the villa until after our stay. He went above and beyond our expectations. He provided us with details about the parks, car rentals, supermarkets, restaurants and more. He honestly couldn''t do enough for us. Any query I had, he was there to help. The villa itself is just perfect. I am a very particular, fussy individual and I just couldn''t fault the accommodation. The decor is lovely, its immaculately clean and spacious and has all the amenities you could possibly want. He has really thought of everything and catered for everyone. It felt like home. He provided things that I often feel that others don''t. For example, an abundance of towels flannels, and coat hangers. There was a cool box for the beach, every kitchen utensil you could ask for and a supersized washing machine and tumble dryer that proved to be invaluable! On our rest days from the parks we would relax at home. Our children would play in the pool for hours whilst we sat in the shade by the pool, reading our books. I loved that pool toys such as inflatables, goggles and other bits and bobs were provided. When we wanted a break from being outside, we would go to the games room and play pool or air hockey. Another lovely touch was that there was a TV in every room. With 4 daughters, this really helps! The location of the villa was ideal. It is set in a quiet, residential road. When you arrive back after a long day from home, you really feel like you can relax and unwind away from it all. The crucial thing for me was that I felt very safe there. It was clearly, a nice, family road with many of the houses occupied by permanent residents. It''s also a short drive from an abundance of food establishments and supermarkets. If like me, you strive for perfection and want everything to be "just so", this is absolutely the place for you. In my opinion, you won''t find better. It''s really nice to find a wonderful property with an equally wonderful owner.
We had the most amazing time in Orlando and a lot of this was down to the lovely villa we stayed at. It took me ages to find one, I am very fussy on cleanliness but after reading all the 5 star reviews I decided this was the villa for us. Myself, my husband and 2 elder lads. Andy the owner is brilliant he kept in constant contact with us, which made me feel at ease, and left us a little hamper with the essentials when we arrived. The villa is big and clean! Two bedrooms with en-suites plus a family bathroom, 2 sitting rooms, and the garage is a games room which the lads loved! Right away we felt at home, it was lovely coming home after a day at the parks. I highly recommend this place, the neighbourhood is lovely, we felt very safe here, the pool is big with outdoor seating and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook. Thankyou Andy if we ever return to Orlando we would love to stay again Jo & family
My family and I stayed a week here and it was most enjoyable. Very clean and well kept. We utilized the wonderful swimming pool and game room every night of our stay. Andy, the host, was very friendly and welcoming. He’s an exceptional host. We will be planning our next trip to Orlando around the availability of this house. Thanks again Andy.
