Lovely spacious one bedroom house, all on ground level.Situated in a quiet area close to beaches/shops & restaurants. 5 minute walk to campanario shopping centre.
Sleeps 2 adults in small peaceful complex of 16 privately owned homes. A large communal well maintained pool is surrounded by sunbathing terraces. House terrace is south facing with just a few steps to pool. Fibre internet, tv with all english channels, sky sports etc.
Kitchen has fridge/freezer,3 ring hob, kettle,microwave,small oven/grill, slowcooker & toaster, also washing machine & safe. Also indoor dining area. Bed linen & towels are also provided. One week minimum rental.

Great complex
By Joanne Mckelvie on 24-Dec-2025Our stay at this apartment was superb ~ we had everything one would want and need for a 2 week vacation. The location and complex is ideal and close to all amenities. We found the complex pool and outside patio area superb for alfresco dining and socialising and sunbathing and being south facing was a bonus. Whereas we had everything we needed in the apartment, we felt it would truly enhance one's experience with some modernisation in order to create a more brighter and open feel inside. That being said, we still had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend Palm Springs with its lovely setting and friendly neighbours and we will definitely be back!
