Villa Isabel Ann is a 5 star rated, luxury 4 bedroom villa, with sea views, sitting on a golf course in the sun-kissed Canary Island of Fuerteventura. The villa sits in private gardens and enjoys its own private swimming pool. Villa Isabel Ann provides the perfect base for extra special family holidays or friends wishing to enjoy golf on the nearby championship course.
Villa Isabel Ann is spacious and well appointed and offers everything you need to make your own special holiday.
The spacious lounge is ideal for relaxing in the evening or when you want to escape from the sunshine. Patio doors open on two side on to the terraces making it an bright airy room. The lounge is comfortably furnished and has a full dining table if you prefer to dine indoors. For entertainment the television system receives all main television channels (including British soaps), has catch-up an extensive library of movies and box sets.
The fully equipped kitchen is fitted with modern appliances: dishwasher, microwave oven, fridge and freezer. There is a full compliment of cooking, dinning and glassware to cater for all dining needs. The adjoining utility room has a washing machine and area for drying clothes.
There are four bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom. There are three further twin bedrooms. All bedrooms have integral wardrobes and ample storage space for you to unpack your cases and make yourself at home.
There is also a large and luxurious family bathroom.
The villa has ceiling fans fitted in all rooms , ensuring the rooms remain comfortable even in the hot summer sunshine.
Garden and Pool
Villa Isabel Ann sits in its own private, mature gardens which offer space and seclusion. The sunny and shaded terraces let you choose how you want to take your sun.
The villa has a private 8 x 4 metres swimming pool, which at 1.2 metres deep is suitable for swimming and safer for children to play. The pool can be heated in winter months, making it comfortable all through the year. Both the pool and BBQ lie within the gated balustrade which can be closed off to safeguard adventurous toddlers.
The nearest beach is an easy 20 minute walk, or 3 or 4 minutes by car.
The nearest shops including a major well stocked supermarket is at the Centro Atlantico mall which is a 25 minute walk or 3 or 4 minutes by car. There is a a range of restaurants here too.
How many people can the villa accommdate?
The villa can accommodate up to 8 people. There are four bedrooms: a master bedroom with en-suite, two larger twin bedrooms and a smaller twin bedroom. There is also a large family bathroom. We are careful about renting to large parties. Villa Isabel Ann is a home for special family holidays, but not a party house.
Is linen provided?
You'll find the beds fully made up with fresh linen on your arrival. Each guest is provided with a hand towel, bath towel and pool towel. Linen is changed once each week, although a mid week change can be provided if preferred.
Is there a hair dryer?
Yes there is a hairdryer?
Is the pool heated?
Yes the pool can be heated. We normmally have the pool heated between November and April. Outwith these months you don't need pool heating.
What is the nearest airport and how long doe sit take to transfer?
The only airport in FUerteventura is called Fuerteventura. Transfer from the airport takes about 15 minutes by car or taxi. A taxi will cst about €16.
Do I need to hire a car?
No. There is no need to hire a car. The restaurants, supermarkets and shops and the beach are a 20 minute walk. The resort of Caleta is about a 30 minute walk. A taxi from Caleta to the villa costs about €5.
If you do want to hire a car you'll find there is a lot to see and do on the island of Fuerteventura.
Is the villa suitable for people with walking difficulties?
The villa is our family home and it has not been modified for people with mobility issues. We have had many visitors with mobility difficlties who have commented that the villa is accessible and suitable for their needs. The villa sits on on one level, with only two steps from the front gate to all parts of the villa, except for the rooftop sun terrace. The pool can be accessed via 5 gentle steps with a stury hand rail. Many guests have commented how easy the pool is to access.
What is the neigbourhood like?
The villa sits in a quiet residential neighbourhood. It is not party central and not suited to people looking for a partybase for their holiday.
Nearby Caleta is a family orientated resort with plenty or restaurants and bars but is not a clubbers destination.

Villa itself has everything you need for a perfect stay, short 4 minutes to beach and the Atlántico, great shops and lovely places to dine. Fabulous villa with everything you could wish for
By Denise H on 30-Oct-2024Fabulous villa with everything you could wish for during your holiday. Patrick has thought of everything from beach towels to kitchenware! There are 6 sun loungers and 3 different seating areas. The swimming pool is lovely, you can actually do lengths in it, its not just a splash pool. We have stayed twice in Villa Isabel Ann and will definitely be back

By JAN R. on 09-Oct-2024We have just returned home ,this villa is lovely and well situated, close to local caleta de fuste town, and the local golf course.both with in walking distance, I would suggest you hire a car to get around the island it's beautiful and has many lovely beaches. The villa had everything you needed. The pool area was great and had excellent steps and hand rail.( I have bad knees ) so this was perfect for me.The pool is one depth all over so again very useful being a non swimmer I always knew my feet would touch the ground., there is a lovely roof top area if you need a bit of peace away from the pool , parking was good right outside the villa. This villa is well worth a visit , owners were helpful with any enquiries and replied to answer any questions you have. TV was also good if you required it. English / and my daughter used her Netflix . Local restaurants were good and the marina is good. So over all this villas well worth a visit. We had a great holiday and the bonus of perfect weather.
A fantastic villa with an amazing pool.

The location was brilliant with it only being a 15/20 min walk to Atlantico where there are a number of shops, supermarket, bars and fantastic places to eat. The villa had everything required for your holiday and probably one of the best pools we have had in the area and we have stayed at many. It was spotlessly clean and surrounded by Astro turf which stops them slips on wet tiles. It was spacious with a lovely outside and inside dining area and a very comfortable master bed. The area was so quiet and peaceful even with all the other villas appearing to be occupied. There is full TV channels and extras with sports etc which was brilliant and a fantastic kitchen with everything you need. The owner Patrick responded to all requests and made the booking process a dream and Jenny introduced herself on our 1st day should we need her which we didn’t. A brilliant sized villa for any family with one of the best outside and pool areas, we can’t wait to go back.

Fab place to rest & relax
By Lynne & Family on 10-Aug-2024This was our 3rd visit to the Villa, we love it, it’s a great place that is definitely a home from home with the added bonus of sunshine & a pool, you can tell it’s a family’s home from home by the way it’s looked after & the quality of the fixtures & fittings & all mod cons too. The kids loved the pool as always & always refer to it as Patrick’s Villa, I’m sure we will be back in the near future. Your pool lady & caretaker Jenny is lovely, Thank you Patrick, again xx

Didn’t want to leave!
By Debra on 20-Jul-2024This is our second time staying in this fab villa……we stayed the year before and loved it that much we booked straight back up for this year. The villa has everything you could need for a fab holiday, it has a well equipped kitchen, including dishwasher ( which we never used) and washing machine. The pool is what makes this villa for us. It is fenced off making it safe when travelling with children like us. We spend the majority of our days enjoying the amazing pool, our grandson loved it! The girls who look after the villa are friendly and helpful and the owner Patrick was also very helpful and communication was first class. The location of the villa is superb, it is so secluded that we felt the only ones staying there, which we loved. We hired a car both times which enabled us to travel the entire length of the island. Morra jable is definitely worth a visit. Within a 20 minute walk is a shopping centre including a well stocked spar and McDonald’s. The twice weekly market at caleta is worth a visit, as is calera de fuste itself. Caleta is a much quieter resort than Corralejo but that is what we like, the whole island is so laid back and peaceful. This villa has become our happy place and I’ve no doubt we will return again
