This child friendly air conditioned property set over three floors features a sun terrace with sun beds and far reaching views, reclining chairs and patio furniture. A community swimming pool and private parking. The area is just perfect for water sports lovers. The beaches and sand dunes that stretch up to 14 kilometers comprise of one of the best beaches on Costa Blanca. Public transport to the beach is available close by.

Lovely house, great location to local amenities and short walk or bus ride to beach

Carrer Jaume de Soler33-3, Guardamar del Segura, Valencian Community, 03140, Spain Date of Stay 13 May 2017 Clean welcoming house Even had beers in the fridge when we arrived Lovely neighbours 20 minute walk into town/beach or 5 minute walk to bus stop House has wifi and English tv, my children loved the Disney channel Lovely local bars and restaurant for when you don't want to head into town Street market and fun fair in summer season in main town. Will definitely be back
