Villa El Palacete is a stunning holiday rental located in the peaceful village of Güime on the beautiful Island of Lanzarote. This magnificent villa is the epitome of luxury, boasting 9 large bedrooms and 9 luxury bathrooms, making it one of the largest villas on the island.Offering the most luxurious level of boutique holiday accommodation in Lanzarote, Villa El Palacete is incredibly spacious and can easily accommodate up to 20 guests. The villa is set in spacious landscaped gardens with panoramic views, providing the perfect setting for any occasion.
Whether you're planning a large family holiday, hosting a wedding, or organizing a business conference, Villa El Palacete has everything you need to make your stay unforgettable. The lower level of the villa is also suitable for guests with mobility difficulties.
In addition to its spacious accommodation, Villa El Palacete boasts an array of amazing amenities, including a private heated swimming pool, a large hot tub, a sauna, a pool table, a football table, a 64sq meter practice putting green, and table tennis.

Lanzarote, the sun-kissed & the most easterly of the 7 main Canary Islands is claimed to be the most exclusive. The climate is dominated by north eastern trade winds and the warm Gulf stream producing glorious summer temperatures all year round. The main resorts are concentrated in the centre and south of the Island, Puerto del Carmen, Costa Teguise, and Playa Blanca. The most popular resort is Puerto Del Carmen with over 5 km of golden beaches, rocky divides, palm trees and only a ten minute drive away from the hustle and bustle of Puerto Del Carmen, Villa El Palacete can be found.
Notes:
Tariff: Rates are for up to four persons. Extra guest are charged at £256.00 pounds per week.
Terms: A Deposit of £1000.00 per week is payable on booking confirmation. Balance to be paid 70 days prior to arrival. ***All guests should have holiday insurance***.
Bookings are normally from 14:00 h on arrival to 10.00 of day of departure.
Air conditioning is coin operated and there is a £500.00 security/breakage deposit to be paid with the final balance and returned after your holiday.

Der Ausblick war traumhaft. Wir hatten dort 7 schöne Tage im März. Wenn irgendwann die Straße zum Dinomarkt gemacht wird wäre es Super.

Very spacious and extremely clean! Lots to do for children. A little far out fur shops however taxi is available within minutes of phoning. Highly recommend

We have been returning for a number of years and have already booked for next year. Our party included 6 children and they spent most of their time in the pool. With the added luxury of a hot tub and sauna which is set back from the pool this is ideal allowing quiet times if required. The games room also adds additional fun. If you’re looking to spend quality time with loved ones I can highly recommend Villa El Palacete. - Thank you Roy and Jill for a fabulous holiday - see you again next year

The Villa is beautiful and the location was lovely and peaceful. Although very near the airport, we were not bothered by the aeroplanes at all and really appreciated the short drive to the villa. We are three generations of the same family and the Villa catered for everybody perfectly. Everything has been thought of and Jill and Roy were extremely helpful.
