The Penthouse at Casita Palmera is a stunning luxury apartment for 2 people. The property has been furnished to a very high standard and features superb views across the ‘Valley of a Thousand Palms’.
The Penthouse features include oak flooring throughout, ‘one touch’ electric black out blinds, Hergom log burner, a high quality kitchen with induction cooking and a superb entertainment system complete with a 50” Samsung screen and a Yamaha sound system for you to enjoy Netflix and Amazon Prime.
The beautiful bathroom has an elegant Cambridge roll top bath, a multi-jet shower and thick, heavy, fluffy towels for your comfort.
The stunning bedroom is dressed with Egyptian cotton bed linen and a high quality mattress to ensure a perfect night's sleep.
The property has high speed fibre internet installed and is available in all rooms.
We also have our own very happy free range chickens so you can collect fresh eggs in the mornings - they're soooo good!
Pool & BBQ
The Penthouse has a completely private roof terrace for plenty of outdoor relaxation. In addition the Penthouse has a fantastic 12 x 5 meter swimming pool which is always heated to a very comfortable 30 degrees or more. There is a dome cover transforming it to an indoor pool to ensure that swimming in comfort is guaranteed throughout the entire year.
(Please note, the pool is a shared facility with our main house guests, always adults only apart from school holidays where we accept children 10 years +).

The view from the large lounge window is truly stunning with views across Haria Valley and beyond.
The Hergom® wood burner sits on a raised volcanic rock plinth and is a real feature for the room. In addition to the fireplace, there is a stunning Minka-Aire® ceiling fan in the centre of the lounge vaulted ceiling.

The apartment is fitted with high speed fibre internet usually around 100-300Mps.
The lounge has a comfortable 3 seater leather sofa with chaise longue along with a solid wood dining table and chairs with seating for 4 people.
Our stocked drinks bar also included, with many choices for a nightcap!
This really is an exceptional room, offering 180 degree panoramic views across the valley with far reaching views down to the ocean too.
Penthouse bedroom features include a quality King Size bed with firm mattress along with superb Egyptian cotton bedding. The bed is raised so that guests can enjoy the stunning views in relaxed comfort.
For a touch of class, the room is also fitted with electric blinds all round. At the touch of a button you can have complete blackout and privacy in a few seconds via the remote control system (the lounge also carries this feature).
The Roof Garden.
From the large french sliding doors you head out on to the private roof garden, complete with sun loungers and solid wood table and chairs.
The private garden has many flowers and herbs along with a grass area perfect for sunbathing.
The Heated Swimming Pool.
Its a decent size of 12 x 5 meters and never below 30 degrees, even in winter!
The pool works on a shared bases but only with our Main House Guests (generally adults only).
On a final note, all consumables like dishwasher tablets, washing powders, bin liners, firewood (for the cooler winter evenings) and drinking water are all supplied free of charge for the duration of your stay.

We'll always be here to meet and greet you and show you around the property on arrival and answer any questions you may have.
Its important to note that we have dogs and cats around the property (but obviously not in) so we suggest that if you are not an animal lover then it might be advisable not to book, because they will come and say 'hello' to you when you enter and exit the property!
