Located in the charming town of Jalón (Xaló in Valencian), this villa offers a peaceful and authentic Spanish lifestyle while remaining just 15 minutes by car from the lively coastal town of Calpe. The beautiful beaches of Jávea, Moraira, Dénia and Altea are all within 20–30 minutes, making it the perfect base to explore the Costa Blanca. The house is situated on the edge of the village, allowing guests to enjoy quiet surroundings while being able to walk into the town center to discover local shops, cafés and restaurants. Set in the heart of the Jalón Valley, surrounded by majestic mountains, the area is famously known as the Valley of Wine. The village lies among vineyards, almond and orange groves, offering beautiful landscapes and a truly Mediterranean atmosphere. Local wineries and traditional markets add to the unique charm of the area. The villa is also available during the winter months and is fully equipped for year-round comfort, featuring underfloor heating and a wood-burning fireplace. Winter guests can enjoy many sunny days ideal for hiking, including the popular Bernia mountain route, renowned for its breathtaking views. In February, the valley comes alive with the spectacular almond blossom, creating an unforgettable natural display.
Beautiful and welcoming villa with private pool, the property offers 3 comfortable bedrooms: one with a double bed and two with twin beds. For groups of up to 7 guests, a complimentary extra bed is available.
Enjoy a spacious living room with fireplace, air conditioning and satellite TV, perfect for unwinding after a day in the sun. Outside, you’ll find a large terrace, a covered dining area, and a generous BBQ space with garden table and chairs — ideal for al fresco meals. The villa also features a private garage, a fully fenced plot for added privacy, and free Wi-Fi throughout the property, ensuring comfort and convenience during your stay.

To confirm a booking, a 25% deposit is required, with the remaining balance payable upon arrival. Upon arrival, we will also charge a €200 refundable deposit, which will be returned if there is no damage.

By anthony sciarretta on 17-Jun-2023a 20 minutes des villes les plus proches sinon le proprietaire est au petit soin de ses locataires ! pas de frais de nettoyage comparé a d'autres location. le proprio reagit dirrectement face a une demande ou autre afin que cela nimpacte pas des frais supplementaires pour les locataires.. genial n'hésitez pas a y passer un sejour

A welcome break
By Ann Atkinson on 12-Dec-2024The property was pretty much as it is shown in the photos, we only had 1 issue and it was resolved promptly. The underfloor heating was most welcome. The pool/area was well maintained although due to the time of year we didn't venture in beyond our feet, I'm sure in the heat of the summer it will be most welcome. A school has been built close by but it was not an issue and it wouldn't put us off returning. The garage is huge and we could store our trailer in there and still have plenty of space for our bikes. The area is outstanding and the town has plenty of bars, restaurants and shops. We were there with our motorbikes and all I can say is wow, heaven on two wheels with or without an engine. We would hope to return maybe next year.

By Thomas Macdonald on 30-Nov-2024Great property for having our dogs with us, they could run freely and safely in the garden. Living room and main bedroom good size. Raul's father made sure everything was okay for us, very kind, and supplied us with lots of oranges. Enjoyed our stay.
