By Mike Madelin on 25-Oct-2025We rented this villa for a family holiday with 13 of us staying. great communication with the owner throughout the rental and once we arrived. Once we arrived, we were met at the villa for a full handover by a friendly chap that explained everything we needed to know, which made things easier after a long days traveling. The Villa is amazing, loads of space for all of us and just about every appliance and gadget you could need to make your stay comfortable. We all enjoyed the pool, especially the kids who spent most of the days in there. The BBQ area also proved a hit and was used most evenings after a days relaxing. The old town and the beach area's are only a 5 min drive away,and well worth a visit. We'd all like to return for a another stay in the future. Thanks for our stay Danielle.
Amazing villa
By Mandy Ross on 13-Sep-2025I stayed at this villa with 5 other girlfriends to celebrate our milestone birthdays and we had the best time. Villa was amazing -everything we could have wished for and more! Was clean, spacious, had a well equipped kitchen and lots of sitting areas both indoors and out, in the shade or in the sun, so lots of options to suits different needs. Walking into Javea was possible (about 30mins walk) but was very hot when we stayed so easier to get a E10 taxi. Beach was also a E10 taxi ride away. Steve and Carol, villa hosts were fantastic -always on call and so efficient and friendly. Can highly recommend this villa for a quiet, relaxing, luxury stay.
This villa is amazing!
By Michelle B on 23-Aug-2025I almost don't want to leave an amazing review because I want to keep this villa all to ourselves, that is how wonderful this villa is. There were 9 of us staying ranging from 11 years old to 79 years old and we had the best time we could have had because the villa was spacious, had everything that we needed and provided us a home away from home. The communication from Danielle leading up to us departing was really welcome and Steve was great at helping us find our way to the villa when the sat nav sent us totally the wrong way. The pool was really lovely and accommodated most of us playing in the pool, Javea is a beautiful town to come to as we've been coming here for around 15 years but the location of the villa was just great to pop to the shops, you will need a car though. We will definitely be back and looking to book this villa again!
Fantastic holiday
By Glynis on 09-Aug-2025We have just returned from our first visit to the Villa and had a fabulous holiday. The Villa has everything that you will need and is beautiful. The outdoor kitchen is great we used it almost every night. Plenty of loungers for the sun lovers and lots of shaded areas. We ordered an online shop to arrive on our first day and was great, this meant only trips to the shop were for bread etc . Our days were spent relaxing by the pool were there are plenty of beach towels available. . Steve and his family are very welcoming and nothing is too much trouble for them. We are definitely looking to rebook , just have to agree on dates.
A great family villa
By Bonsor on 26-Jul-2025We’ve just returned from our second stay in this fabulous home. We are a family of eight and the villa, pool and outside areas are perfect. We spent much of our time in and around the pool, venturing out for a few evening meals. Steve, Carol and Danielle are excellent hosts and we knew we could contact them for anything. We will be visiting again.

Fantastic Safe family holiday villa

Everything you need for a villa holiday is here, all you need is transport to and from the supermarket for groceries etc, or to the resort. We hired a car both times which for me was the best option, taxis are scarce at certain times. Would recommend without question Steve the owner and his lovely missus is always just minutes away if there’s a problem or you need to know anything about the area.
