Luxury 6 Bedroom Villa Sleeps 13 Large Pool and Gardens Very PrivateThis is a spectacular luxury modern villa with beautiful private mature gardens with a cascading waterfall into the heated swimming pool. There is an outdoor BBQ and kitchen area with plenty of seating and sunbeds. Covered patio area with new sofas for relaxing afternoons. Newly added is a table tennis area.
The large entrance hall features a double staircase of marble and stainless steel. There is a separate dinning room with double doors adjoining the lounge; the lounge has ample seating with large 3D plasma TV full sky package WIFI and playstation console with various games.The kitchen is fully equipped with all mod cons. Upstairs there are four bedrooms all with en suite and two more downstairs sharing a shower room. All rooms have hot and cold air conditioning plus underfloor heating throughout.
The villa is situated less than 5 minutes from the Arenal beach, bars and restaurants.
The villa is south facing with superb views of the orange groves and the Montgo Mountain which boasts stunning sunsets of an evening.

By Graham Deakin on 24-May-2025Villa Sedona is a perfect holiday home, built and maintained to the highest standards and specification throughout. As a family of 3 generations, the air conditioned bedroom layout was ideal, with ample wardrobe space and fabulous en-suite bathrooms. Top end kitchen fittings and equipment, with every appliance thinkable, including the all important 3 fridges. The children had plenty of board games, tv and games consoles, but with gorgeous weather, spent most of our time in the fabulous heated pool, playing table tennis or sun bathing on the numerous loungers. There is comfortable outdoor furniture, under the covered patio, when shade was required and a large table and chairs, also under the veranda, for alfresco dining. The ‘man cave’ BBQ building is fantastic, with plumbed in sink, extensive work surfaces and the all important beer fridge! Beautiful landscaped gardens, surround the Villa, which has extensive secure car parking. The Arenal beach is a 5 minute drive, with free parking, or a short taxi ride away, or enjoy sitting on the first floor balcony, watching the epic sunset over the Montgo. What a great place to holiday and we hope to return.
Perfect villa
By Lance Purse on 28-Apr-2025The whole family enjoyed the villa how big it was so tidy and all you needed was there Beach towels was a nice touch. Plenty of room to lounge around the swimming pool with the sunbeds with the kids enjoying the heated pool. Kitchen was well equipped with everything. Had a little problem with the coffee machine called Steve and in an hour he came with a new one. Close to three supermarkets and 8 to 10 minutes to the beach. Communication with Danielle and Steve was perfect all questions were answered in no time. Everyone had a great time will enjoy going back in the near future
Beautiful Villa

The owners have provided a host of amenities for your use and we were very well looked after. Contact with Danielle and Steve was very easy and the answered any requests quickly, and without any fuss. The outside space is fabulous and the pool setting is spectacular. We would have no hesitation in booking again.
Amazing villa to stay in
By Karolina on 28-Sep-2024We had an absolutely amazing time at this villa! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by its beauty and attention to detail. The villa itself was immaculate, with spacious, beautifully decorated rooms and every amenity we could ask for. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, but we also loved dining at the local restaurants nearby. The outdoor space was a dream – the pool area was private, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing. We spent our mornings lounging by the pool, enjoying the serene atmosphere and the stunning views of the surrounding area. The sunsets from the terrace were breathtaking!
Perfect villa for families
By Tasmyn on 31-Aug-2024We first contacted Danielle at the start of the year to book for two weeks in September. The communication with quick and effortless and we needed to get in contact a few additional times regarding travel cots that were being provided and she was helpful in all her responses. The villa itself is stunning and well looked after and set in a quiet location. Every bedroom has air con and the beds are all really comfortable (according to everyone in our party). The beds were changed halfway through our stay also. The four rooms upstairs all have en-suite bathrooms and great storage, and two of the rooms have a wrap around balcony which was lovely. We were a group of 9 adults 2 children and 3 infants, and everything had been thought of. There were spare nappies / sun cream / beach towels / children’s cutlery and so much more, we literally didn’t need to think of anything. There was also a baby bouncer which came in useful for our baby. The pool is big and there is loads of additional seating outside, along with plenty of sun loungers. When we arrived there was fresh fruit, wine soft drinks and fresh baguettes, something we didn’t expect but was a very welcome gesture after a morning of travel. The owner of the villa popped by a few mornings to check on the pool temperature and top up when it was needed, and was really friendly and helpful. There are a few restaurants within walking distance, a supermarket five minutes by car and beach is 6-7minutes by car. Super easy. We had an amazing holiday, and can’t fault anything. Thank you we can’t wait to return.
Fab-u-lous villa
By Claire Swinden on 24-Aug-2024We stayed at this villa for a week - 11 of us - 3 generations. We loved everything about our stay. The villa itself was really lovely - very well equipped. Great bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and lovely kitchen with everything you could possibly want. Outside space was fab - lovely seating areas including next to the bbq. Great pool - good size. The waterfall / fountain wasn’t working which was a shame (not sure it’s worked for a while). Lots of sun loungers and different places to sit - sun or shade. Very well appointed - close to supermarkets, Javea town and Playa Arenal. Fab restaurant just up the road - Ca Aleix. Steve was super helpful and friendly. He even brought us a corkscrew when we couldn’t find one!
