Casa Batan is situated in the tranquil Costa Nova district of Jávea it is a 15 minute stroll to a couple of restaurants and within 8 minutes drive to the Arenal beach were there are an abundance of restaurants and bars. and The Port also has many restaurants and thats about 15mins drive. The villa has a large private swimming pool, outside pool shower, well-established gated private gardens and secure parking. This family villa is tastefully decorated and comprises of a sitting room with air conditioning unit, open plan kitchen dining room and three bedrooms. The kitchen is extremely well equipped with oven, hob, fridge freezer dish washer and coffee machine. Washing machine and tumble-dryer are located in a separate outhouse. There are 3 bedrooms – the Master with en-suite and walk in shower sink and toilet bedroom has a king size double bed, fitted wardrobes and a double window with garden views. The two further bedrooms are furnished with one double bed and two twin beds respectively. There is a generous family bathroom with walk in shower, sink and toilet. All bedrooms have air conditioning and the whole villa has central heating making it an ideal winter let. Casa Batan is equipped as our second home and is perfect for families with children. A cot and highchair baby bath are provided if required. The large south facing naya boasts a traditional Gas BBQ ideal for al fresco dining. The pool and sun terrace area are completely private and benefit from all day sun, there is also a shaded area with day beds. The pool has large roman steps to get in and out making access easy, there are three steps to the naya, then the villa is all on one level, the garden is flat and even. This villa is equipped with a large flat screen TV with UK FreeSat and WIFI fast speed internet with no download limit is also included.Costa Blanca is a haven for golfers. Close to the villa are several golf courses. In addition to the fabulous beaches, scenery, bars and restaurants in Javea itself. There are also lots of places to see and visit within an hours drive from the villa. For families with children or those just young at heart you can visit Aqualandia (Themed water park with slides and flumes etc), Mundomar (A marine and exotic animal park near Aqualandia), Terra Mitica (Themed roller-coaster and amusement park) and Terra Natura (Zoo with elephants, tigers and lions etc). If you prefer quieter activities i.e. hiking why not visit the Jalon Valley (Beautiful scenery, villages, wine making region), Algar waterfalls (fantastic for picnics and swimming), Gudalest (Medieval mountain village and castle), Cactuslandia (lovely gardens full of all varieties of cactus), or the famous Caves of Canelobre.

Villa is prepared for your arrival, cleaned after you vacate , If staying for 2 weeks there will be a mid change of bedding and towels and wipe round of bathrooms .
It is advisable to have a car to reach the Supermarkets and main Arenal were there are a abundance of bars and restaurants and the main sandy beach .

By Tony Hey on 13-Sep-2025We’ve been coming to Jávea for the past 15 years and our only regret is that we didn’t find this place sooner. Due to a ferry delay we didn’t arrive until 9pm, but the place was lit up beautifully meaning that we had no problem letting ourselves in.. The welcome pack was very welcome indeed, and it wasn’t long before we were sat enjoying a first glass of wine. The villa itself is beautifully appointed, comfy furniture and a well supplied kitchen. The pool is probably one of the best in whole of Javea and much use was made of it. We had one small hitch with a window shutter, but it was rectified in no time at all. Thank you Alana and David for entrusting us with your beautiful villa for two weeks.
Excellent villa! What a gem
By Jones and Corner families on 02-Jun-2025We have just returned from Casa Batan. What a lovely villa decorated lovely inside and a great outside area. In a very quiet position. A hire car is definitely recommended. When we arrived there was a great welcome pack waiting for us which was a lovely touch. The villa has everything you will need for your stay. The sunbeds are comfy and the beach towels provided were a bonus. Alana and David are excellent hosts and communication was quick and easy. Javea is a beautiful area. We visited Arenal beach a few times which is great for an evening stroll. Saturday night at a restaurant called Bambula was a treat as later on all the locals began salsa dancing and the atmosphere was great. Mostly we chilled and enjoyed the outside kitchen. Thank you Alana and David we can't wait for a return visit
Beautiful villa in Javea.
By John on 03-Oct-2024Casa Batan was everything and more than we expected. The villa was clean and well eqluipped. As a group of 6 adults we had ample space and the fantastic outside space and lovely pool provide an area where you can take in the sun, swim or find shade to relax . It is wonderful. You will need a car as the villa is a few minutes from a supermarket and beaches. I highly recommend Casa Batan as a group, family or couples destination.
Summer vacation 2024
By Sanne Hauge on 13-Jul-2024We have just returned home from a 14-day summer holiday where we stayed in Casa Batan. The house was really nice with good interior, where there was everything we needed. The house was in very good condition and you could see that good materials had been chosen for the house. It is the best maintained house we have tried to rent so far. The outdoor area was really cool with good sunbeds and a covered area with lounge beds. Here you can find shade througout the day. Really nice when the sun was at its higest. The outdoor kitchen, which was also covered and with a grill, was perfect and again in very good condition. Nice to have a fridge outside so you could get cold refreshments even if you were wet from the pool. The pool is a really good size, but is in the deep end if you have small children. All in all, a house we can highly recommend.
Wonderful place to stay
By Sarah W on 20-Jun-2024We truly loved everything about our stay & have already re-booked for next year!!! The villa is in a quiet residential area with woodland behind! It was so peaceful & we loved it!! The villa itself has everything you think you need & also things you didn’t know you needed - the ninja airfryer for example was unexpected & so good, we even bought one for our home!! BBQ and outdoor kitchen area are amazing!! Very clean and well cared for!! We didn’t eat out at all so can’t comment on restaurant within walking distance. The pool is larger than usual - it’s quite deep and great for swimming and just relaxing in!! Air con in lounge and all bedrooms is excellent. Great mosquito nets on all windows!! UK TV was great as the Euros were on! The little extras left on arrival were so thoughtful and appreciated!! The main garden area by the pool is in full sun all day - but the shaded chill out area is amazing and there are lots of sun loungers!! Hire car is essential to get to the supermarkets etc. Communication with the owners is excellent and this is a lovely home to have your holiday in. Amazing & highly recommended!! Thanks very much!

Perfection

It was really spacious with various seating areas and gorgeous pool ,loved the chill out zone ! Everything was really comfortable . The area is so quiet , not one plane flew over ! Surrounded by well maintained gardens and trees opposite. Perfect relaxing place to stay ! Definitely need a car .
