Description
Villa Lucero is a modern Mediterranean/Ibiza 7-bedroom villa in an exclusive area of Javea, and just 5-minutes from the beachfront. It is perfect for a large family or with 2, 3, 4 or even 5 families - with plenty of personal space for all. Many of our bookings are from different generations of the same family. With air-conditioning in all bedrooms and living areas, superfast 600 MB fibre WiFi throughout, Sky/Freesat HD TV's in all 4 master bedrooms and both lounges (with full Sky movies, sports, children's channels), Netflix, Amazon Video and the latest Amazon Echo units to assist with your stay or play our unique music playlists - Villa Lucero has all your home luxuries, and more. The terrace area is south-facing and includes 12 sunbeds and a very large pool (which can be heated). You'll love the outside chef's 'summer kitchen' and bar area for entertaining (with large 5-burner gas BBQ, fridge/freezer, sink etc). Uniquely the bar has a beer pump - so you can pour yourself chilled Spanish beer. There's all the equipment ready for you - from creating cocktails to cooking chicken. A roof creates shade for the daytime - and the beautiful LED lighting makes the ideal setting for you all to enjoy evening drinks and food alfresco, with an outside Amazon Echo playing one of our themed playlists, or whatever music you like. Then have a game of pool on our outdoor pool table, boules on the petanque/boules court, or the giant garden Connect 4.
Another exclusive feature is a wood-burning pizza oven and large paella burner. This is part of the extended outdoor entertainment area - making the home even more perfect for large groups. It's likely all your cooking will take place outside - either on the large gas BBQ, pizzas, roasts or tandoori in the wood-burning oven - or fabulous paellas using the large paella gas ring/pans. Your own 5-star restaurant, bar and summer kitchen. There's even a second dishwasher outside.
The pool area is south-facing so benefits from sunshine all day - but with plenty of seating and shaded areas for you to cool down and sit or eat together - or have your own "me time" away from the group. There are anti-slip tiles around the pool terracing. The pool itself has a state-of-the-art heating system that means you can swim all year round in lovely warm water.
Inside, the large villa kitchen, complete with beautiful black granite worktops, has everything you would ever need on holiday, and more. On the Amazon Echo you can listen to Radio 2 or 4 over breakfast, right after you've made your favourite coffee with the Dolce-Gusto coffee machine.

Within 10 minutes walk, there are 4 excellent restaurants, a tennis club/bar (which serves lovely tapas food), a cafe, a further restaurant/lounge bar, and a fantastic bakery for take-out fresh bread and croissants, or dine-in for breakfast or brunch. A small shop/bakery is a further walk away, along with a couple more restaurants. Numerous other restaurants are just 5 minutes away in the car at the Arenal beachfront. In the main summer months, a shuttle bus operates all day to and from Granadella Beach (voted best beach in Spain several times and used as a movie location for many blockbusters). This bus stop is just 10-15 minutes walk from the villa.
Big birthday or anniversary celebration? Well, we can organise a large bespoke cake to be made and delivered, with candles, on the day by a local lady.
Most of the time the property is let as a full 7-bedroom unit (including the 3-bedroom apartment) - but out of the main summer months can be let as just 4-bedrooms. The apartment has 2 x king-size master bedrooms (one with en-suite bathroom and own adjoining cot room/dresser), a further twin bedroom with 2 single beds, and a separate shower room. The lounge of the apartment is equipped with a large HD TV - with Xbox. There's also Xbox games, and DVDs. There is a small kitchen area in the apartment - for making light breakfast, tea/coffee. The apartment will NOT be let separately to the main villa.
Private chefs with a selection of international menus are available for an additional fee - so you can have the full Hollywood superstar experience, though only at restaurant prices!

Incredible
By Anthony Rudd on 30-Aug-2025We have just had the pleasure of staying at Villa Lucero, as a family and of 13 the Villa was a perfect size, the bedrooms worked both for adults and children and were very spacious! The outside of the villa is peaceful and private. Brett and Carolyn have made it very comfortable and homely also everyone had a sun lounger and there were more if needed, The pool is a great size too . The information from Brett and Carolyn before our holiday and throughout are stay was amazing. Even down to discounts on car rentals, transfers bookings, booking restaurants for a large group of people before we even arrived ! Not to mention the private chefs that were incredible. Would definitely recommend !

A wonderful family holiday in a beautiful Villa
By Susan Houseman on 02-Aug-2025A beautiful spacious Villa both inside and out. Something for everyone….pizza oven and BBQ for the chef’s. Large pool to keep the children happy and lots of space and loungers for the sun worshipers. Inside all the rooms were spacious so no squabbling over which room to choose. It was everything we could have wanted and would love to return. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone. In fact I already have!

By Lindsay on 26-Jul-2025We are a large family of 14 persons and the villa was a great choice which allowed us all to relax and enjoy the facilities.. we had 4 children in the party and the large South facing pool was their favourite place to be.. plenty of sunbeds allowed us to sit outdoors and enjoy the sun whilst keeping an eye on the younger kids in the pool. The outdoor areas were our favourite places to be with a dining area and also a very large Barbecue for cooking.. a pizza oven and a paella cooker were also available outside and on one occasion Paella was prepared for us by a private chef we hired using the paella cooker...wonderful..the outdoor, covered, seated area with sofas and chairs was a great place for everyone to congrgate in the evening before and after going out for dinner.. lovely to sit there and have a drink, as we frquently did until very late at night, whilst the younger kids sat just inside in the sitting room watching a film on one of the many tv's..cant think of any negatives, only positives and my family are already talking about returning to this lovely villa in an extremely quiet residential area ... communication from Brett was exceptional all the way through the process which made things a great deal easier than expected.. can't fault anything and look forward to returning in the future, highly recommended
Lovely family holiday
By Fiona Robinson on 28-Jun-2025Lovely family holiday. Villa Lucero was a lovely villa to stay in with our children and grandchildren. The kitchen was well fitted out with all sorts of gadgets and we definitely made use of the barbecue and the beer tap outside! We all used the pool every day and every day the pool was cleaned, . We had Harrison‘s catering on two occasions and the food was superb and we also had a Spanish singer and flamenco dancers both of which were arranged by Brett. Our communications with Brett were answered speedily and nothing we asked was too much trouble . The location of the Villa is in a very quiet area although there was a little bit of building work that was going on locally but it didn’t cause us any issues. The Indian restaurant is definitely worth a visit is only about a 10 minute walk away. If you were thinking of doing a family holiday, I would definitely recommend Villa Lucero.
