This is an apartment on two floors, very spacious, with two bedrooms upstairs and one at the bottom, all of them with air conditioning. Huge living room and a very spacious terrace. Very clean and with all kinds of necessary items (kitchen instruments, pool chairs, towels, etc.). I would repeat without hesitation. If I have to make a glitch, it will be closer to the beach than it is, but not much. I would want to say the apartment was very clean. We’ve been in many apartments and although they tend to be clear, this one was the best cleaned one I’ve ever seen. Congratulations to whoever is in charge of cleaning. Thanks! Fantástico apartamento con una fantástica piscina. Se trata de un apartamento en dos pisos, muy amplio, con dos habitaciones en la planta superior y una en la inferior, todas ellas con aire acondicionado. Enorme salón y una terraza muy amplia. Muy limpio y con todo tipo de elementos necesarios (instrumentos de cocina, sillas para piscina, toallas, etc.). Repetiría sin dudarlo. Si he de poner alguna pega, sería que en el plano de airbnb aparece más cerca de la playa de lo que está, pero no mucho.

The apartment was fantastic, with very spacious and modern kitchen and living room, indoor and outdoor dining tables, plus a large flat screen TV which is Netflix ready (in case you want a quiet night in). The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with all the amenities and appliances you could possibly need for a perfect getaway, including beach chairs and toys for the kids . Furthermore, all rooms have plenty of natural light and air conditioning. The two upstairs bedrooms have a balcony outside which gets excellent sun all afternoon. One of them is just perfect for private sunbathing. The downstairs balcony looks over the lovely outdoor pools which are available for all guests to use. The location is absolutely perfect, just a 3 minute stroll down to the Arenal and beach where you will find loads of different options for good food and drinks. We hired a car as we were driving from Valencia airport, however only used it once or twice to go and explore the old town of Javea, aside from that everything was in walking distance. This is by far one of the best places we’ve stayed. Would highly recommend for a relaxing getaway with guaranteed sun most of the year.
