Everything was great at this villa, very spacious and relaxing. Air conditioning was efficient and wifi was good. Bedrooms all very comfortable. Large pool and patio areas. It''s a lovely area with a few restaurants within walking distance. Very good service from staryt to finish.
Gorgeous villa in lovely quiet location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful villa. It''s modern, clean and comfortable even in the hottest weather thanks to the air-conditioning. For our days in we spent most of the time in the large deep pool big enough for everyone to enjoy at once. Very spacious with plenty of seating up on the balcony and around the pool. We loved the warm evenings having bbq''s and even swimming the lit up pool. Very secure with the electric gates. There are a few local restaurants/bars and a supermarket in walking distance for the essentials. The surrounding areas offer loads of things to do. A 10 minute drive down the hill takes you to El Arenal which is a beautiful sandy beach edged with restaurants and shops or you can visit the port or historic old town. The old town has a market every Thursday and lots of tapas bars. The whole of Javea is very family orientated so would recommend the area and particularly the villa to anyone!
Villa is nice and big. You do need a vehicle as it’s a few miles away from the town. We may of been the first guests of the season but the place was really damp, the sofas, the beds… we put the heating on for 2 days to dry it all out. Also woke up after first night and found a dirty plaster in our bed so we had to change them. The property and location of it is quite nice but it is in need of updating (Easter 2022) as some of the furniture looks quite tired. It’s quite big and would be great for larger families. Was great for our dogs, very secure garden. Pool is nice, we didn’t use it much as it was too cold in April. I can’t see us returning to javea any time soon as the area is a bit secluded for us but if we did It’s possibly we’d stay here again
