Casa Felicia is a beautiful 3 bedroom villa in Javea with an amazing secluded garden and a wonderful swimming pool.
Sleeps 6, offers air conditioning, wifi, European TV and a fabulous outdoor kitchen and dining area.
Entry to the villa is through the electric gates and into the main villa comprising of an open plan living room and dining room. The views from the dining room are stunning looking out over the beautiful mediteraean gardens. There is a modern kitchen with all the facilities you would expect like filtered water, oven, hob & extracter, dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer.
Also on this level is the master bedroom with an en-suite shower room. The second bedroom is currently used as an office but will be reverted to a twin bedroom for guests . Both these bedrooms have air conditioning, the windows all have mosquito nets and blinds or curtains at the windows. There is a family shower room on this level.
On the upper level of the villa there is a double bedroom with air conditioning and a shower room.
There is a television, air conditioning and a small sea view. Entrance to this bedroom is independent from the main villa.
Outside is what really sets this villa off. The owners have installed a beautiful out door, bar and dining area - the gardens are very beautiful and not over looked. The large 10m x 5m swimming pool has a waterfall feature and a jacuzzi area. There is an outdoor shower.
The gardens and grounds are furnished with releaxing chairs, parasols and sunloungers. The private swimming pool will keep you cool on those lazy summer days. Table tennis is available for you to enjoy and the BBQ is charcoal. There is private off road parking on the driveway.
The whole villa benefits from wifi.
For winter rentals there is a sauna available for guests to use and a glass conservatory to make the most of the winter sun.
Set in a lovely area of Javea with the local blue flag beaches a short drive away. The bustling Arenal beach is 5.5km away and Granadella beach is 4km.
The nearest restaurant and bar is approx 1.5km away. There is an Indian restaurant and a piazza restaurant 1km away
There are lot of water sports available at the beach. bikes, tennis, golf etc are available locally.

El acceso a la villa es a través de la puerta eléctrica. Desde aquí se accede a la villa principal, que consta de un salón y comedor abierto. La vista desde el comedor ofrece una vista impresionante de los hermosos jardines mediterráneos. Hay una cocina moderna con todas las instalaciones que se puede esperar, como agua filtrada, horno, vitrocerámica y campana extractora, lavavajillas, microondas y frigorífico.
En este nivel también se encuentra el dormitorio principal con su propio cuarto de baño. El segundo dormitorio también está en esta planta y tiene dos camas individuales. Ambas habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado, todas las ventanas tienen mosquiteras y persianas o cortinas en las ventanas. En este nivel hay un cuarto de baño familiar.

Fuera es lo que realmente distingue a esta villa. Los propietarios han instalado un bar y comedor exterior muy agradable, los jardines son encantadores y están fuera de la vista. La gran piscina de 10 x 5 m tiene una cascada y un área de jacuzzi. Hay una ducha al aire libre.

Der Zugang zur Villa erfolgt durch das elektrische Tor. Von hier geht es in die Hauptvilla, die aus einem offenen Wohn- und Esszimmer besteht. Die Aussicht vom Speisesaal bietet einen atemberaubenden Blick auf die wunderschönen mediterranen Gärten. Es gibt eine moderne Küche mit allen Einrichtungen, die Sie erwarten würden, wie gefiltertes Wasser, Ofen, Herd und Dunstabzugshaube, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle und Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach. Auf dieser Ebene befindet sich auch das Hauptschlafzimmer mit einem eigenen Duschbad. Das zweite Schlafzimmer befindet sich auch in dieser Etage und hat zwei Einzelbetten. Beide Schlafzimmer verfügen über Klimaanlage, alle Fenster haben Moskitonetze und Jalousien oder sind mit Vorhängen an den Fenstern ausgestattet.

Casa Felicia est une belle villa de 3 chambres à Javea avec un beau jardin isolé et une belle piscine.
La villa est conçue pour 6 personnes, dispose de la climatisation, WiFi, télévision européenne et une belle cuisine extérieure, salle à manger et bar.
L'accès à la villa se fait par le portail électrique. De là, il entre dans la villa principale, qui consiste en un salon et une salle à manger ouverts. La vue depuis la salle à manger offre une vue imprenable sur les magnifiques jardins méditerranéens. Il y a une cuisine moderne avec tous les équipements que vous attendez, tels que de l'eau filtrée, un four, une plaque de cuisson et une hotte aspirante, un lave-vaisselle, un four micro-ondes et un réfrigérateur-congélateur. A ce niveau se trouve également la chambre principale avec sa propre salle de douche. La deuxième chambre est également à cet étage et dispose de deux lits simples. Les deux chambres ont la climatisation, toutes les fenêtres ont des moustiquaires et des stores ou des rideaux sur les fenêtres.
A ce niveau se trouve une salle de douche familiale.
Au niveau supérieur de la villa, il y a une chambre double climatisée et une petite armoire. Il y a une télévision et une petite vue sur la mer. L'entrée de cette chambre est indépendante de la villa principale.
