Description
Beautiful Architect designed house + sea and mountain views, 4 bedrooms, big heated pool + walk to famous Granadella beach, cafes and mountains from doorstep.We are set up above the sea, with cooling breezes from the Mountains and the Sea, it is usually 3 degrees cooler than Javea in the heat of the summer. The house is designed for the breeze to flow through.
The front balconies look through pines and over 2 cliff-side roofs to the sea, the rear West facing terraces and pool back onto the wild Granadella Natural Park. Walk in 20 -25 minutes down a lane to the beautiful Granadella Cove to swim and snorkel in the crystal clear sea. Or drive 2 kms through the Natural Park.

Gas central heating, woodburning stove, window screens, fans, all bedrooms have A/C, BBQ, full kitchen, dishwasher,washing machine, heated pool.
4 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa, sleeps upto 8 in 3 king size double beds, 1 bedroom with twin singles. We can provide a baby's cot and high chair. Pets on request.
You enter from the rustic wooden front door into an amazing lofty living space with pale wooden ceiling beams and all white sculptural staircase to the top floor.
The top floor suite is magnificent with fabulous sea views from the bed and from the ensuite bathtub / walk in shower bathroom. It also has its own mountain view roof terrace, perfect for sheltered sunbathing, particularly in the winter.
The open plan kitchen dining area, connected to the main living area, with mountain view dining deck, leads through to a mountain view double and a sea glimpse twin singles which share a bathroom . On the same level as the 11x4m pool is another large double with ensuite, a living area with daybed, a shower/washing room and a BBQ area under the deck, leading to the pool terrace. The front garden has pines, giant bird of paradise, palms and Mediterranean plants with ping pong table and sitting chairs. Pets considered.
Midway between Valencia and Alicante airports, both 1 hour 10 mins drive. 6 hours drive from Bilbao / Santander Ferries.

It was hot mid-August but the air conditioned rooms provided a welcome oasis, particularly the gorgeous top floor bedroom, and the pool was clean and a perfect temperature. Communications were excellent - thank you for a lovely stay.
