Description
Casa Los Árboles sits above the beautiful valley between Jávea and Denia, looking down from the sides of the Montgo mountain. This exceptional family retreat, is designed to embrace the beautiful mountain and valley light. Nestled in a peaceful street, it’s just a 15-minute drive from vibrant Jávea, known for its bars, cafes, chiringuitos, restaurants, and sandy Arenal beach. Denia centre and its international boutique shops, traditional old town and medieval castle are around 20 minutes away, and the town of Moraira is easily accessible in 25 minutes. The villa’s highlight is the sun-drenched 8m x 4m private pool and sun loungers.The villa is entered through an electronic gate with keyless keypad entry system that leads into a spacious parking area below the main house and garden. The garden is lined with Mediterranean plants and thick oleander, immediately giving a sensation of privacy, peace and calm. The traditional wooden front pedestrian gate can be accessed from further up the street and opens into a small courtyard with steps up to the main house and pool area. Through the naya (a covered, open front terrace) which is flooded with light, you will find a dining table for 6 diners and quality lounge furniture for 6 guests. You enter the main level into the open plan living room and kitchen / diner. The living room is an attractive cool space that comes complete with 2 comfortable sofas, air-conditioning and SMART TV with international satellite channels including English, French, Dutch and German services. There is 100mb fibre optic available for guests to use free of charge.
There is a short corridor where you will find 2 bedrooms either side with a bathroom to share in-between. The two bedrooms both have fitted wardrobes and one is a twin with 2 single beds and the other is a double with a queen size bed. On the other side of the open-plan living/dining area you will find the master bedroom with king size bed, SMART TV with Chromecast and a modern en-suite shower room. All the bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning. The bathrooms are modern, well finished and are of a good size. The modern, fully equipped kitchen is connected to the dining area and offers plenty of room for preparing meals and sitting while enjoying a coffee or snack. To the side of the kitchen is a utility area with a washing machine and dryer as well as another fridge with freezer compartment.

The cleanliness,quality, and thoughtful touches, along with how tastefully the villa is laid out, is second to none,this villa has everything you need and more, the location and amenities were exactly as advised on the advert, the views are stunning and the villa's location is in a quiet residential area. It was like staying in a home from home. I would definitely recommend staying at Casa Los Arboles,and White coast propoery Management ,and will be booking again In the future.

Amazing week in a wonderful house

The house is a sweet getaway, well equiped and have a wonderful view over the valley an up the steep and colourful cliffs of Montgo. With the possibilities to hang around the pool, the terrace or in the livingroom you do not get limited by weather or season. Although it’s located in a neighbourhood of villas it feels secluded and very private. If you want to get some hustle and bustle Javea is just 10 minutes away with the beach Arenal, the town itself and the harbour. For freshly baked bread you can always pop in to the small pitoresque village of Jesus Pobre some two kilometers away.
Perfect Place
By Leny Teeuw on 04-Mar-2024We recently had the pleasure of spending two weeks here. The villa is nestled on the slopes of Montgo mountain between Javea and Denia. This traditional Spanish holiday home exceeded all expectations. The Mediterranean garden provided an immediate sense of tranquility and privacy and even in wintertime we could enjoy lots of sunshine at the naya. This became our favorite spot. It offers breathtaking views of the surrounding hills and the valley. The water in the pool was too cold to take a swim as there is no heating. Inside, the villa has modern conveniences. The living has an inviting atmosphere, adorned with comfortable sofas, air conditioning (hot and cool) and a SMART TV with international channels. The bedrooms are cozy, each equipped with air conditioning. The kitchen is small but modern and also fully equipped for preparing meals. The villa's location proved to be ideal for exploring Javea and sandy Arenal beach just a short drive away. Denia and Moraira are also within easy reach. And so is the small but luxury Ermita supermarket too.
