Description
VT-504991-ACasa Tranquila is a beautiful 3-bedroom villa in Javea with amazing sea views, garden and a wonderful swimming pool.
Sleeps 6, offers air conditioning, WIFI, European TV and a fabulous outdoor entertainment and dining area.
Entry to the villa is through the pedestrian gates and into the main villa comprising of a spacious living room and beautiful beamed ceilings. Off the lounge is the fully fitted kitchen which leads to the dining room, offering lovely pool views.
Also on this level are two bedrooms. The first has a single bed with a further pull-out single bed so can sleep 2 guests. The second is a double room with an en-suite shower room. Both these bedrooms have air conditioning, the windows have mosquito nets, blinds or curtains. There is a family bathroom on this level.
On the upper level of the villa, you will find the master suite - a king-size bed with air conditioning and the en-suite shower room. There is a balcony and the sea views from the master suite are spectacular.
The gardens and grounds are furnished with relaxing chairs, parasols and sun loungers. The private swimming pool will keep you cool on those lazy summer days.
For the evenings the swimming pool has mood lighting.
The games area offers a pool table for you to enjoy and the BBQ is gas. There is plenty of street parking at the villa entrance.
The whole villa benefits from WIFI. For winter rentals there is an open fire available for guests to use.
Set in a lovely area of Javea (Balcon al Mar) with the local blue flag beaches a short drive away.
The bustling Arenal beach is 6.5km away and Granadella beach is 5km.
The nearest restaurant and bar is approx. 300m away.
There is an Indian restaurant and a pizza restaurant at approx. 2km away
Please note there are steps around the villa and the grounds of the villa.
There is tennis, bike hire, water sports, golf available locally.

By Richard on 27-Aug-2025Excellent spacious Villa with fantastic outside spaces. We enjoyed our stay ans would definitely book again Outside pool area, plenty of comfy sun loungers, shade canopies, large swimming pool, pool table and lounge area.

By Maria Angeles on 01-Aug-2025Muy bien y Excelente: - La piscina y zona de jardín espectacular, tan solo por eso ya merece la pena, y se suma que la habitación de arriba es increíble. - A destacar la comodidad de tener tres habitaciones y tres baños completos, nos resultó muy práctico. - La amabilidad de ofrecer (aunque fuera previo pago) toallas de playa. - La atención y respuesta casi inmediata. - Aire acondicionado en todas las estancias. - La cama balinesa de la piscina. No tan bien: - Menaje de cocina - vajilla, cuberteria, cristaleria, sartenes... - todo muy usado, cada uno de un tipo, muy poca cantidad y muy anticuado. - El grifo de la cocina funcionaba fatal, o no echaba agua o te ponías perdido. - Nevera pequeña - Fallaban las luces del comedor Es una casa para disfrutar de la zona de jardín y piscina pero no está muy preparada para comer o cenar, aunque una sola familia se apaña. Very good and excellent: - The pool and garden area are spectacular, worth the trip alone, and the upstairs room is incredible. - The convenience of having three bedrooms and three full bathrooms is particularly convenient. We found it very practical. - The kindness of offering beach towels (even if it was for a fee). - The almost immediate attention and response. - Air conditioning in all rooms. - The Balinese bed by the pool. Not so good: - Kitchenware - crockery, cutlery, glassware, pans... - all very worn, each one of a different type, very few in quantity, and very outdated. - The kitchen faucet worked terribly; either it didn't spray water or you'd get lost. - Small refrigerator. - The dining room lights were out of order. This is a house to enjoy the garden and pool area, but it's not very well-equipped for lunch or dinner, although a single family can manage. Thank you for the review - I'm pleased you found the villa excellent. The lights did work but were not clearly labelled so this has been attended to. Large Comfortable Villa
By Karen on 01-May-2025We had a ten day stay in Villa Tranqilla. The villa has a beautiful garden which I enjoyed watering! I even did some weeding There is a lovely large pool, but this was too cold for me to use, as not heated. All the facilities outside were perfect, loads of places to sit and chill The villa itself is large and comfortable. There are most things you need. A little tired perhaps, it needs, maybe, a little modernisation. But really pleasent. I missed not having a tea pot!! But that’s not everyone’s want. Great views of the sea too. I did some great power walks early morning with my dog, very good for training as so many hills!! Buster our dog very much enjoyed the garden, and got on very well with the pool man. !! Restaurants are all nearby, very friendly and allowed us to take our dog in with us. The supermarket is near as well So makes life easy. Quiet and tranquil defiantly. So nice to be able to take our dog with us, and the garden is walled nice and safe. We had a good stay.
