Entry to the villa is through the pedestrian gates and into the main villa comprising of a spacious living room and beautiful beamed ceilings. Off the lounge is the fully fitted kitchen which leads to the dining room, offering lovely pool views.
Also on this level are two bedrooms. The first has a single bed with a further pull-out single bed so can sleep 2 guests. The second is a double room with an en-suite shower room. Both these bedrooms have air conditioning, the windows have mosquito nets, blinds or curtains. There is a family bathroom on this level.
On the upper level of the villa, you will find the master suite - a king-size bed with air conditioning and the en-suite shower room. There is a balcony and the sea views from the master suite are spectacular.
The gardens and grounds are furnished with relaxing chairs, parasols and sun loungers. The private swimming pool will keep you cool on those lazy summer days. For the evenings the swimming pool has mood lighting. The games area offers a pool table for you to enjoy and the BBQ is gas. There is plenty of street parking at the villa entrance.
The whole villa benefits from WIFI. For winter rentals there is an open fire available for guests to use.
Set in a lovely area of Javea (Balcon al Mar) with the local blue flag beaches a short drive away. The bustling Arenal beach is 6.5km away and Granadella beach is 5km.
The nearest restaurant and bar is approx. 300m away. There is an Indian restaurant and a pizza restaurant at approx. 2km away
