Description
Featuring mountain and orange grove views, Casa Belle features comfortable and modern accommodation with a private swimming pool with a large sun terrace with 6 comfortable sunbeds. There is also a covered terrace called naya, for outdoor dining in the shade from the hot Mediterranean sun.The sail covered pergola with its outside sofa's is perfect for relaxing with a drink.
There is private parking for 3 cars.
This villa has a pretty Mediterranean garden, with subtropical plants and some palm trees. There is an outside shower with hot and cold water, Poolside toilet, barbecue facilities, free fast WiFi and free private parking. The property is non-smoking and is situated approx 2 km from the sandy Arenal beach.
As the villa is located on the outskirts of the town there is no problem with noise and nuisance in the high season. It does mean, however, that car hire is recommended. (You can walk to the nearest beach in about 25min)
Cycling is another great way to get around. Our villa is located only 21m above sea level so no nasty hills to climb.
Boasting satellite tv with all the UK channels, Netflix , Amazon Prime and a DVD player, the spacious villa has a fully equipped kitchen with an American style fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, air fryer, an oven and a microwave, a living room with a seating area and a dining area, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower and a bidet in the other.
The villa is air conditioned in all the bedrooms, all 3 bedrooms also have ceiling fans and has a large terrace with an outdoor dining area. There is a garden sofa area too, located under a shade sail to lounge in the afternoon with a cooling drink.
If you would like to discover the area, snorkeling, cycling and hiking are possible in the surroundings and the villa can recommend a bicycle rental service.
There are numerous attractions in the area from gardens to visit, waterfalls, local markets to water parks. You will not run out of things to do.
Javea has several hundred bars and restaurants and there is something to choose from for everyone.
The nearest airports are Alicante–Elche and Valencia both just over an hours drive away.

By Susan Higgins on 21-Jul-2025Superb villa, the pool and grounds were perfect for us. Falco and Belinda were the most wonderful and welcoming hosts and were on hand for any questions asked. A truly lovely and relaxing experience particularly the pool which was a great depth. I would say this was the best villa we have stayed in. Very well catered for with everything needed for a wonderful stay. The lovely addition of a birthday cake for our 7 year old granddaughter on arrival-you made a little girl very happy. Thank you again to Falco and Belinda, you are the perfect hosts.
