Description
A beautiful family Villa with large gardens & private pool just 10 minutes walk to the white sand beach of Playa Del Arenal, shops & restaurants. The interior has a Balearic feel with whitewashed walls, traditional beams & archways. Split into two private floors it is perfect for families with kids or two family groups. The impressive naja boasts sea views and looks out over the wrap around garden with swimming pool, BBQ area, dining, mature trees, tables tennis, sunbeds & seating areas.The space
A traditional Spanish villa with a contemporary boho-Balearic feel with sweeping archways, traditional beams, terracotta tiles, white washed walls and a large garden and panoramic naja with beautiful sea views.
Inside the House:
The villa benefits from two private floors making it a perfect holiday home for large families, families with grandparents or two family groups.
Upstairs in the main house there is a master bedroom with a kingsize bed and a second bedroom with twin beds (children's toys and books). There is a newly renovated bathroom with walk-in shower, kitchen with new appliances, large living room and elevated naja (terrace).
Downstairs there is a separate entrance into a spacious entrance room with day-bed, leading to a second bathroom and large family bedroom. The bedroom has a king size bed and two single beds.
Outside the house:
There is a large private garden featuring a spacious lawn, private pool with both tiered steps and an inviting deep end, traditional stone patios, mature tress and plants, a large BBQ area, alfresco dining options, seating areas, hammock, table tennis and basket ball hoop.
There is a wide driveway with an electric entrance gate with plenty of private parking. Around the side of the house there is a sectioned off laundry area with a back door into the kitchen.
The garden, patios, pool and pathways have external lighting for enjoying the balmy Mediterranean nights under the stars.
Arenal beach is 10-15 minutes walk and Javea port is 40 minutes walk from the house (or 7 minutes in a cab).
There is a bus stop 5 minutes from the house which loops around to the old town, port and then back to Arenal. In the summer season there is also a tourist train.
There are numerous coastal and mountain walks, nature reserves, cycle routes, coves, sports, water-sports and activities in the area.

By Tom Shaw on 05-Apr-2025I cannot recommend this villa enough. It has a great location away from the crowds but in walking distance to the town and sea front. The villa had everything we needed including clean linen and towels with plenty of spares. We will be going back next year for another family holiday in the Summer months this time
Fantastic Beach Holiday!

The location here is perfect, with the villa quiet and secluded, yet still only a short walk to the beach, great local restaurants, and vibrant bars. It’s also just a ten minute drive to Mount Montgó, for those who love hiking and are feeling a little more adventurous. For a family of four like ours, with children aged 10 and 7, the property is incredibly spacious and could comfortably sleep more. It also comes fully equipped and we loved playing table tennis, football and swimming in the pool. The hosts were incredibly helpful and we were once again very grateful for their kindness and expert local knowledge and tips. This is our second year in a row visiting Casita Colette, and we’re already planning a third.
A wonderful family holiday in a stunning villa!

I went with my wife and 2 children ( 14 and 9) and the amenities and effort that the hosts went to to make the stay memorable is unsurpassed, in our experience . The pool was amazing , and the activities , games , beach kit that all comes with the property is a wonderful add ! Air con in each room , the villa is perfectly located to hit the beach or the shops, and was quite simply perfect .
Wonderful family holiday
By Daatje on 07-Jun-2025We had a wonderful holiday with our family. For the children the swimming pool was fully equipped, lovely outdoor space and within walking distance of the boulevard. Also several nice bays very easy and quickly accessible by car. The house looks very cozy and is fully equipped. Super friendly owners, we would love to come back again!
Casita Colette - A family vacation
By Mike White on 10-May-2025Our second time to this beautiful tourist destination staying in this wonderful traditional home from home, the relaxing ‘Casita Colette’ It’s large enough to sleep our large family and comes with air-conditioning, a well-equipped kitchen and Wi-Fi. There are two bathrooms and a large relaxing balcony (Naya) off the main living room. The Naya overlooks the swimming pool and garden. There is also an outdoor BBQ and adequate seating for many diners. Our grandchildren spent all the time in the pool and it’s also a 10 min walk down to the beautiful Aranel beach. Aranel is a raked every day and has lots of water sport activities. It is bordered by a variety of stylish shops and eateries. Continuing along the costal walk leads to the Port. The old town with its charming cobbled streets, traditional buildings, many restaurants, markets and festivals is a joy and very accessible.
Perfect family holiday villa

The property is perfectly located close to amenities, restaurants, bars & a short walk to the beach. Couldn’t recommend it more and will definitely be going back this year 😁
