Nestled in the pristine 'Montgo National Park,' this villa occupies an exclusive corner of Javea, offering an idyllic and stress-free holiday experience.The extensive south-facing terrace, graced with a 9m x 4m pool, provides a stunning vista of the majestic Montgo mountain. Basking in sunshine for 10 hours a day, the 'Pool Area' is an ideal spot for sun enthusiasts. Here, you can lounge on sunbeds or relax in a comfortable seating area, ensuring that everyone in the family finds their own piece of paradise.
Lunchtime is a breeze with options just steps away from your sunbed. Delight in poolside alfresco dining with a generous gas BBQ and a dedicated bar area, or choose the large outdoor dining terrace, complete with a table for six.
Casa El Formet is designed with accessibility in mind, all on a single level, making it suitable for those with limited mobility. Inside, you'll find a spacious lounge and a recently updated kitchen/dining room. The villa offers two king-sized rooms, one of which is en-suite with a bath and shower, as well as a sizable twin room with a substantial 'Bunk Bed,' all exquisitely appointed. The shared bathroom boasts a shower, bath, and toilet.
This fully equipped villa leaves nothing to be desired. It caters to peace, tranquillity, and spacious living for families while ensuring the privacy you crave during a villa holiday. Within a five-minute drive, you have access to five restaurants and a superb local supermarket, and you're just a 10-minute drive from Javea, renowned for its 'Blue Flag Beaches,' bars, and restaurants.
For your convenience, we provide all our guests with a 'Complimentary Welcome Pack' to meet your essential needs on your first day. Additionally, you'll have access to 'Beach Towels' during your stay, giving you more space in your suitcase for your favorite attire. By Phil on 24-Aug-2025Jávea rentals were very responsive in communicating over text and I would highly recommend them. The villa is really lovely inside and the outside area at the back is fantastic, especially the views of Montgó. The front of the house is slightly out of character with the rest of the property but don’t be put off, the property inside and the outside pool area are lovely. There is easy access to both Javea and Dénia (approx 15 mins drive) where there is a great selection of restaurants. Overall we’d happily recommend both villa and Javea holiday rentals.

It was a really spacious villa with all the facilities you would want plus many extras on request (cot, high chair, bed guard, beach umbrella, bbq and many more!) Nothing was too much trouble and both check in and check out was made really smooth and easy. The nearby towns of Javea and Denia were both really lovely with great beaches and restaurants! The only slight negatives were the fact you couldn’t walk to anything from the villa as it was just off from a main (not noisy) road with no path. Also the only access to the outside area was through the main bedroom. This was ok for us as we were a family, but might be awkward if you were staying as a group of friends. Overall we loved it here and those small negatives wouldn’t stop us from coming back to this wonderful, picturesque place!

By Victor on 14-Sep-2024We had a great time with the family in Javea! We were super well received upon arrival, the accommodation was nice, even more beautiful than in photos! We had everything at our disposal and the house was very well equipped (kitchen utensils, BBQ, appliances and products, the three toilets of the house, the outdoor fridge, etc.) We spent a lot of time outdoors, charming and well-designed terrace! Special mention to the very nice pool which is also very refreshing! Despite the a priori suburban location, we were quiet for the duration of the stay. We would highly recommend and will be sure to come back! Don't forget the mosquito repellent, there's a lot!
