For stays of 10 days or less, it will be considered a tourist accommodation - Tourist contract.
For stays of more than 10 days, it will be considered a seasonal rental in accordance with Decree Law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana, and a seasonal rental contract must be signed (after the booking).

* Up to 60 days before the check-in date, the tenant forfeits the reservation (the 25% paid).
* From 60 to 30 days before the check-in date, 50% of the total amount is refunded.
