For stays of more than 10 days, it will be considered a seasonal rental in accordance with Decree Law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana, and a seasonal rental contract must be signed (after the booking).

A perfect January getaway

The private garden and communal gardens are perfect—lush, tropical, and it genuinely felt like stepping out of winter into somewhere much warmer and more relaxed. The house is beautifully looked after, very clean, and well equipped with everything you need. You can tell there’s real care put into the place throughout, including the communal areas. Even in January, the covered outdoor terrace was such a bonus—great for sitting out on the sofas or having a meal. Would definitely stay again.
Perfect Jávea Getaway

The location is great - just a short walk to the promenade and so close to many restaurants, cafés, and shops along the waterfront. We loved our strolls to the beach, which is clean and beautiful. The condo itself is modern, and comfortable. It is in gated community, so it is very peaceful, and we felt safe there. One of the standout features is the private patio, which is just a few steps from the pool. It was perfect for relaxing mornings or a dip in the afternoon. Some days we just wanted to hang out by the pool instead of heading to the beach, and it was so convenient right outside the patio. There is a gym with an indoor pool, but since the weather was so nice, we didn't use it. It was easy to park outside, and it was great to have a car handy on days we wanted to drive to another beach. Overall, this is a fantastic place to stay if you’re looking for an accommodation near the sea. We would absolutely return!
What a wonderful stay!

We made the most of all the incredible facilities - the pools are brilliant for the kids - and with the property being so close to the sea front we had lots of evening strolls and sundowners. Can’t recommend highly enough, and we will definitely book again.
Wonderful stay in a perfect location

The house is spacious, spotless and very well equipped, with comfortable beds, quality linen and great ceiling fans that kept everything cool. The location is excellent — an easy walk to the Port for morning coffee and pastries, as well as the beautiful Old Town with its fantastic tapas bars. Beaches like La Grava, Montañar and Arenal are also close by, along with plenty of restaurants and supermarkets. The area has a genuine Spanish feel with more local life than heavy tourism, which we really appreciated. The gardens, pools and padel court are beautifully maintained and a great bonus to the property.
