For the comfort of all guests, smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the home or in any outdoor areas of the property, including terraces and the garden.

For stays of more than 10 days, it will be considered a seasonal rental in accordance with Decree Law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana, and a seasonal rental contract must be signed (after the booking).
