Description
Situated on the La Cala urbanisation on the road to Cabo La Nao. This villa is within easy reach of the bars and restaurants of Javea, the main beach at Arenal is approx 5 minutes drive, with the Old Town and Port being just a few kilometres further on. Within the close vicinity are the towns of Moraira, Denia and Calpe with it's harbour side restaurants. Inland is the delightful Jalon Valley and the ancient town of Guadalest with the prehistoric caves nearby. By Helen Woods on 08-Aug-2025Great villa, perfect for our family of 7. Lovely pool and outside area including gas bbq which we used a lot . Sun all day, but with a nice breeze and areas of shade for that much needed siesta. Gus, who looks after the villa was excellent. Villa itself is spacoius and air con was a god send in August. We are hoping to return next year
Family holiday and wedding

We were attending a friends wedding also and the whole experience was topped with the wonderful Villa we were able to rent. We unfortunately were let down with a couple of previous rentals and came across Helen and her Villa by chance through Simply Owners. From start to finish the process was seemless, the Villa completely as expected, the housekeeper, Gus extremely helpful and also popped out to check on the pool and was on hand for any issues and and nothing was too much trouble we all thoroughly recommend Helen’s Villa.

Beautiful villa with stunning pool
By Conor small on 15-Aug-2023We stayed at the villa for 11 days. The villa is delightful, the interiors and views are exceptional. The pool was the best we've ever experienced with our group having many long hours of enjoyment. It's located just outside of Xabia so to see all the stunning beaches a car is definitely desirable. A mention must go to the wonderful Gus who took care of us brilliantly. Nothing is too much trouble for him. I would highly recommend this villa and am already considering it for next year. Conor and family.
Lovely villa in a peaceful location - wonderful
By Andrew on 17-Jun-2023Had a really very nice stay in this villa with my wife, son and daughter making good use of the excellent pool. Villa is well equioped particularly the kitchen which has loads of cutlery plates glasses pots and pans etc and a good size fridge/freezer. Air conditioned bedrooms, plenty of wardrobe space, good size master bedroom and plenty of open air but covered seating around the pool for very relaxed lazy evenings. The area is very tranquil with a number of good restaurants a short drive away. You can also walk to some e.g Casa Pepe if it's not too hot. Private driveway could easily fit two cars with one in the shade is a bit steep but you soon get used to it. Some of the fittings e.g wooden window blinds showing their age and didn't quite shut out 100% of the light, one of the doors very hard to shut, all the kitchen knives blunt but as you can see these are trivial issues really So overall a wonderful villa in a peaceful and beautiful area.

By Lynda White on 01-Apr-2023We loved our stay at this villa. It was clean and well set out. Lovely big rooms. You walk out onto the pool area and the views are amazing. It’s is very quiet and restful area. Contact with the owner is very good and nothing is too much trouble. it’s a great base for visiting areas from Denia to Calpe.. We will definitely be returning.
