Description
Registered with Spanish Tourist Authority - VT-450562-ACasa Elisabeth is a luxury sunny detached villa located on Cabo de la Nao, a pine cladded, peaceful area of Javea. The villa is very spacious and well equipped, including high speed Wi-Fi, cable TV, air conditioning in all bedrooms and high velocity ceiling fans throught.
There are two double bedrooms with king sized beds each with en-suite bathrooms - one on the ground floor with patio doors leading directly on to the main terrace and pool, the other with access to two sun terraces with extensive views. The twin bedrooms share a bathroom and one also has access to a sun terrace. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. The open plan lounge leads to a dining area for eight and a well equipped kitchen with a separate utility room.
Outside, the large naya has further dining furniture for 8 people and additional outdoor lounge furniture. This also benefits from glass curtains which open fully onto the very extensive main terrace with ample room for all to enjoy the sun. There is a sunny 10m x 5m pool with Roman steps, a separate summer kitchen with gas barbeque and an outside shower and toilet.
The landscaped gardens include a large drive with electric gates and space for several cars.
Beach towels provided.
Smoking on outside terraces only.
Strictly no pets.
Suitable for children and persons with restricted mobility - with a level ground floor area and downstairs ensuite bedroom.
A car is necessary.
No single sex groups or groups under age 25.
ADDITIONAL PRICING INFORMATION:
Deposit of 25% payable on booking. Balance plus refundable security deposit and final clean charge payable at least eight weeks before start of rental period.

Heating of the pool is available at an extra cost.
Supplements apply to prices for midweek bookings in peak season.

By David Butcher on 23-Aug-2025Villa was lovely and plenty of room for four adults and three children. Also had family over that lived local and still didn’t feel crowded. Villa was clean, all necessary facilities ample parking and good location. Grandchildren of 3, 5 and 13 loved the pool and the grounds were safe for them to run around in. Would highly recommend this Villa. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

We liaised with the owners directly who forwarded us to their representatives at the the villa location who were also very helpful and professional. We have absolutely no issues recommending them to others and will definitely be using Simply Owners again for our next summer holiday.
Second stay at Casa Elizebeth Javea
By Glen Mason on 28-Jun-2025we have just returned from our second stay at Casa Elizebeth Javea and the Villa is everything we expected and more Paul the owner has just had Air Conditioning fitted this year and with the extremly hot summer it was a delight , and for this year he has also had a brand new kitched fitted the pool was like a hot bath and certanlty didnt need heating our grandchildren just simply love it it has a lovely outside seating/ entertaing area lovely barbaque and well kept garden in a nice quiet area we like it that much we have book already for next year for the whole family and grand children thank you Paul for sharing your villa with us Glen
Absolutely Superb Villa
By Glen Mason on 22-Jun-2024Having just spent a week at Casa Elisabeth with my Family 9 of us in total 2 children under 3 i can honestly say the villa is perfect for us ,the pool was the main feature for the week with the two children nice and warm and cleaned twice in the week The facility’s are perfect the outdoor dining and relaxing area was most used and outdoor barbecue was the men’s treat each night We will definitely be booking here again both Paul the owner and the Javea holiday rentals looked after us extremely well i have nothing negative to say It’s a 5 star from us
Fantastic place to stay
By Newcombe family on 22-May-2024Wow! What a fantastic villa. ! The family all agreed it was the best one we’ve stayed in. We were a family group of six adults and our grandson who was six. The villa was so spacious there was enough room for everyone. It was so well equipped too and spotlessly clean. A bonus was the outside toilet so we didn’t walk in the villa with wet feet. The pool was amazing too, Oscar ( grandson) wanted to swim from 7am every morning! We think a car is necessary as it’s quite a walk from bars / cafes etc. However we did walk to El Trovador most mornings for breakfast tostada we were such regular customers the waitress remembered our orders! Lovely friendly cafe used by the Spanish workers, who all drunk beer/ wine with their breakfast! Worth a visit. There is also a Belgian bar not too far away within walking distance. All in all I can’t rate this villa high enough. We will be back !
