Stayed at Sue's beautiful and well equipped house for a week and returned home to the UK yesterday. We stay in Javea alot but so far this house has been our favourite. It's conveniently located not far from the Arenal beach. A few mins drive and 10 mins from the port. Most days we had the large pool to ourselves, which was a few steps from the front door. This was a big hit for us as we usually stay in complexes on the second floor. The pool area is very clean and well maintained and usually quiet making it a peaceful place to enjoy some family time. There are also kids pools. Communication with Sue has been excellent and we will most definitely be staying on our next visit aswell as recommending to family and friends. The house is well suited to families. There was 4 of us and my daughter. Beds are comfortable and Aircon and fans in each bedroom. More than enough space for us all. See you again soon :)

A great holiday home in a lovely position. Great pool right outside your door and 2 mins to the sea! Comfortable, cosy home with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Javea has something for everyone, busy family atmosphere at arenal beach to upmarket sophistication of the port area. Beautiful .coast with warm clear water. We've had a fantastic holiday ☺️
This is our 18 th year that we have had a holiday in this lovely villa, and the last few years it has been 2 monthly stays one in May/June and the other Sep/Oct. The villa has everything that we need for a restful stay spotlessly clean and plenty of supplies of towels and linen. There is a lovely garden in the rear of the villa with a barbecue and yet everything is so close if you want to explore. If we want to go to the beautiful beaches and restaurants, Javea is in 3 parts. The beach area with great places to drink and dine.Port area has good shops and bars and the old town that has a great Thursday market, so there is always somewhere to visit locally. The pool outside the villa is rarely busy and is kept spotless as are the grounds. Yes ! this villa is always our first choice!
