Luxury 6 bed 5 bath lake view villa, minutes to Disney, upscale community - book with owner.Our wonderful 6 bedroom, 5 bathroom villa can sleep up to 12 guests. Situated in the prestigious gated upscale community of Formosa Gardens, where properties enjoy spacious garden plots giving privacy, your wonderful pool home has a stunning 38 foot private pool and spacious pool area with amazing views over the Lake where you can enjoy the Florida sunshine by day and views of the sunset in the evening. You can fish by rod in the Lake, relax in your own pool oasis, or in minutes can be at the parks or restaurants. Margaritaville Shops and Dining area, and waterpark, are only 5 minutes away
Disney is only a few minutes away, Animal Kingdom being the closest, and each evening you can watch the fireworks to the East, lighting up the sky and reflecting on the lake. Shops .and restaurants are even closer! just a mile away, and there are many award winning golf courses nearby.
This is the perfect home to be so close to all the action and magic of Disney, whilst having your home from home to return home to for rest and relaxation in your little garden oasis at Lakeview Retreat.
As you enter our home your eyes will be drawn to the view over our pool to the Lake, pass Dining Area into the open family sitting room with dining nook and spacious fully equipped kitchen, overlooking the pool area. The living room is furnished in a light tropical theme and has large vaulted ceilings with ceiling fan and is filled with light from the large patio doors. The dining nook is idea for a snack or to enjoy a game night.
Cooks can enjoy part of the fun in the open kitchen area which has plenty of space, gas stove, large fridge freezer with ice and water dispenser, coffee machine with filter an pod facility, dishwasher and plenty of dinnerware and glasses, with unbreakable ones for use outside.
Outside you will find the large covered lanai, with comfortable seating and dining area, outdoor TV and fans to keep you cool whilst enjoying the view and relaxing in the Florida Sun. Additionally there is a fenced garden area with a dining and cookout area with a large Gas BBQ and kitchen area to cook alfresco, a ping pong table adds to the fun - enjoy outside living at its best. The beautiful serene pool area is a private oasis with a large pool which sits in a 60 foot wide extended pool deck and has a luxury spa and also a kiddie pool. All doors to the pool area are alarmed.
After a busy day you will want to recharge your batteries and our comfortable beds with luxury linens will make sure you do just that.

To the left of the sitting room is a ground floor Master Suite decorated in tropical style with patio doors and views to the pool area - there are dual closets, separate toilet and a large ensuite with soaker tub and walk in shower,
To the right is a Queen room with doors overlooking the pool and adjacent bathroom with shower,
At the front left is a further King suite with ensuite bathroom, walk in shower - this lovely room enjoys the morning sunshine.
up the staircase to the galleried landing are the 3 remaining bedrooms.
to the right - a king suite with poster bed has dual aspect windows enjoying the morning sun and has with ensuite shower room,
to the left are two further rooms -
a Bright Twin room with bohemian vibe and a lovely bright room to the front with two full sized beds - there share the bathroom which has dual vanities and a tub.
All bathrooms come with corian topped vanities and soft fluffy towels and hair driers
Located downstairs is a further sitting room, with large TV
There is a fully airconditioned games room on the ground floor is accessed off the dining hall, and has a slate bed pool table, foosball, darts and air hockey, The large TV is equipped with a play station with wifi games package giving access to hundred of games - a great space for all the family to enjoy
Our home is kept to a high standard by a local management company, who are there to ensure your stay is trouble free and provide a high quality of service to our guests.
Included in your stay, our home is equipped with secure high speed wifi, local and USA Calling. The BBQ is included. The pool and spa can be heated at an additional cost - see fees.
For babies there is a crib and a pack and play, two high chairs and stair gates. All pool doors are alarmed.
We also provide hair dryers in all bathrooms and pool towels.

Please note the price for the week includes nightly rate and Florida taxes, in addition there is a cleaning/property fee added once per stay. (we do not include in our nightly rate to be fair for longer stays) We can offer a discount for stays over 10 nights. Minimum Stay 5 nights We can take secure payments by Card in either US Dollars or British Pounds.
Optional Extras - if required Pool and spa heat $40 per night or spa only in warmer months available $20 per night.

Damage Protection –The $49 charge listed as Property Fee on your booking/quote covers up to $1500 damage protection coverage for the rental property.

To book a 10% refundable deposit is taken to confirm dates (securely by card via our booking system) in the event you need to cancel -
Where Cancellation is more than 60 days prior to the commencement of the Holiday Period, the Client shall receive a full refund of any monies paid – less a small admin fees around 4% to cover costs incurred by the booking company/owner for the payment and refund transactions.

fantastic!
By Pam on 03-May-2026Our stay at the Lakeview Retreat villa was fantastic! The home is lovely. The kitchen is very well equipped. We fixed most of our meals at the house and ate all of them outdoors on the patio. Our family really enjoyed the pool and the spa, and the view of the lake at sunset was beautiful. The beds were very comfortable! It was a wonderful experience. We would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend it to everyone.

From the moment I started emailing back and forth with Pat she answered all of my questions ( and trust me there were a lot). She was there every step of the process. The house was beautiful and do clean and welcoming. My family of 8 adults and 1 baby had an amazing time. Will definitely be back
Absolute Paradise ?

No other homes compare (and we have stayed at many). We travel with 2 families and grandparents and we have more than enough room, privacy and the amenities are top notch. The house is pristine. And the views are absolutely beautiful, the lake, the palms, the wildlife, the sunset, I could go on and on. The owners and property management are like no other. Wonderful in every way!!! If I could give 20 stars ? I would!!!!!
Private Pool Time with the Grandkids
By Kathy on 27-Mar-2026This was a spring break trip with our grandchildren. We wanted to get away from the cold and enjoy warmer weather and a private screened in swimming pool. This home did not disappoint. The host was easy to communicate with: prompt, thorough and organized. The house was so clean and well equipped. Comfortable beds and spacious bedrooms. The pool area is fabulous with a beautiful scenic view! We loved it. The grandkids loved it. Everyone had ample room to be together or to find a quiet area in the home if needed. The game room was a hit as well. What kid doesn't enjoy air hockey, foosball and a game of pool. Appliances and the kitchen wares worked out marvelously - no need to go out. Walmart and Publix are close as are many shops. We didn't do Disney but it the parks are close and it was so easy to get to and from the airport. We appreciated the gated community - the extra level of safety was appreciated. Everyone in our party had a wonderful time. I should also mention the number of restrooms and bedroom suites. It was so nice not to be in each others way or have to wait for facilities. A bathroom right off the pool as well. Talk about convenient! Everything was AWESOME from our entrance to exit. It was a dream vacation!

Perfect place to unwind
