Description
Hayes Villa RentalOur most important area of our home is the pool area. There is a table with seating for 6-8 in the shade and with a ceiling fan overlooking the pool and this is our main dining area. We have a large 32 x 14-foot pool with an additional spa/hot tub that easily takes 6 people. There is night lighting in the pool and outside lighting in the pool area. Around the pool is a table with 4 seats plus 4 sun loungers. We are west facing so get the sun all day and it's a great place to view the local wildlife. The pool has a free solar heating system that warms the pool and spa to about 84 degrees from mid March to October. For the remaining months electric pool heating is required to reach this temperature and if booked, the spa gets to 94 degrees.
This other main part of coming to Florida is the parks, adventure events, entertainment, golfing and of course the weather. Our villa is about 30 minutes from Disney & Sea World and 35 minutes from Universal. We also have other activities like Gatorland, airboat rides and evening shows. Therefore, most people eat out after their day out or eat at home later. There are plenty of restaurants available, many mentioned in our house book and there is also a book on golf courses if that is your pleasure. However a car is required, but that goes for most areas in Florida. There are good rates to be had with either Uber or Lyft if you do not want to drive. One of the other great attractions is the Kennedy Space Centre and you can actually see a rocket launch if you pick the right day to visit. If you are at home during a rocket launch, it is also possible to see the rockets if you go to the our post box and look back down the street.
Our villa is in a gated area within the Crescent Lakes sub-division, making it a safe and relaxed area. We have 4 good sized bedrooms, all with a ceiling fan, air conditioning, TV's and large cupboard space. There are a full set of replacement sheeting for all the beds and there is a towel cupboard with spare towels as well as pool towels.
The master room leads to all other areas or the villa. It contains a 7-seater leather suite and a large TV with lots of free channels. High speed free wi-fi to suit multi users and a free phone service for all US and Canada phone numbers. Over the years we have accumulated books and games. There is also a radio and CD player. There is also a 6/7-seater dining table. Just off the master room is our large American kitchen with a large fridge/freezer and dishwasher plus all the utensils needed for your stay. There is also a breakfast table for 4. The laundry room has a modern washing machine and dryer, plus an iron and ironing board.
We leave our car in the garage, but you will also find the trash bins, pool toys and golf clubs, yours to use. There is parking for 2 cars in-front of the villa. Within Crescent Lakes there are 2 children's play area's, a basket ball court and a tennis court.
Our home is managed by our management company who only live a few moments away. You may see them when they come to clean the pool each week or when the grass is being cut, and they are always on hand if needed. They are well known for keeping our home in good condition and clean and tidy for when you arrive. Our reviews back this up.
Our payment terms are full payment 4 weeks before your arrival date. We will then supply you with our access details for both entry to Aster Cove Lane and our villa. There is no need to call elsewhere to pick up the keys. Arrival time is 4.00pm onwards and departure is 10.00am. and we can offer a route if needed.
