The apartment is a large and spacious top floor penthouse studio apartment situated directly on La Cala beach. Approved by the. The scenery therefore is beautiful and stunning with Panoramic Beach, Sea and Mountain views.. It’s private and beautiful pool/garden area has direct access to the beach!! This apartment is clean, homely and comfortable and adequately accommodates 2 people. Wi fi and English Smart TV are supplied. The apartment has been a family holiday home for the past 28 years and not just a basic rental property! (we are also very flexible on arrival and departure days ) There is a small supermarket and restaurant a few yards from the apartment. The beach restaurants are also very reasonable and offer local catches of the day! La Cala Golf Club is also close by and the town offers a wide variety of shops and restaurants. The picturesque town of La Cala is also conveniently placed to visit other areas on the Costa del Sol, should you have your own transport. Alternatively, there are regular buses running along most of the coast or if you are looking to just chill out! This is the perfect venue!
The apartment has a wall mounted air conditioning unit which Provides efficient cooling within during the Summer months and heating during off peak seasons. We offer our guests a well maintained and beautiful garden which has a large pool for the private and exclusive use of residents/guests only with direct access onto the beach from the garden. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and Linen are included in the price. Charges will apply for extra laundry requested.(Please note that we do not supply beach towels.) The apartment is cleaned before and after guests have visited. Other: Balcony with Large opening Surround Windows offering views directly onto La Cala beach and Panoramic Sea and stunning mountain views.

By michael griffith on 12-Oct-2025Absolutely beautiful apartment on the top floor of a large but quiet block. Stunning views over the bay ,La Cala and mountains. The apartment is well equipped with plenty of space ,ideal for one or two people.It's also ideal if you haven’t got a car as in close proximity to everything..several large supermarkets ,La Cala village Wednesday and Saturday market and numerous restaurants from day to day to high end and cafes are all within easy walking distance. Large pool and well kept gardens and a stones throw to the beach. I can’t praise this accommodation highly enough and the owner is an absolute joy to deal with.. Brilliant stay…thanks.
Fantastic holiday base
By Helen Ronayne on 04-Oct-2025We stay here three times a year and couldnt be more happy. There is everything that you need provided within the property as it so well thought out. The location itself is absolutely perfect. There is a large salt water pool and you are literally yards from a beautiful sandy beach. There is a beach bar directly outside the back gate and some beautiful authentic restaurants within two minutes walk. You are only a 5 minute walk from the centre of la cala but the apartment doesnt reflect this as it is so peaceful The views from the windows are absolutely stunning

Great apartment, beautiful views
By Mark on 06-Jul-2025Apartment is on top floor of a lovely block with great gardens and a swimming pool , the views are amazing Located practically on the beach in a very safe area of a gorgeous resort with a great supermarket literally outside The apartment is immaculately clean and very well stocked with everything you’d need and a really handy kitchen area with fridge Lots of bars and restaurants very close by but the apartment was still really quiet and peaceful Checkin arrangements were straightforward I will definitely stay again and would recommend to anyone
Great place
By Chris S on 15-Jun-2025I stayed at Frans lovely apartment, it was spotless, I unpacked to find my trunks and went to the beautiful pool. Wow. Apartment has everything you would need, from binoculars to bat & ball set. Got up early to watch the magnificent sunrise. I'm not a fan of posh eateries but they are in abundance. Plenty of mid range Spanish eateries too. It's not a loud resort, very placid, laid back and peaceful. I highly recommend, enjoy your stay.
Another enjoyable stay
By Sue Windell on 18-Jun-2024In this clean, light, airy, large studio appt with superb, uninterrupted views of the mountains, Mediterranean and beach. Enjoyable dips in the large swimming pool and relaxing either in the neat, tropical looking garden or exiting via the gdn gate straight onto the glorious sandy beach. Once again enjoyed fresh fish lunches at the very good beach restaurant and evening meals at the two excellent restaurants adjacent to the appt block. A short stroll into the pretty La Cala town provided me with plenty of shops, restaurants and cafe bars. Cannot fault the excellent location of this apartment.
