This is the "Beautiful Sunrise" view from our balcony.!! The apartment is a large and spacious top floor penthouse studio apartment situated directly on La Cala beach. Approved by the. Andalusian tourist authority ( number VFT /MA 30585 )

The scenery therefore is beautiful and stunning with Panoramic Beach, Sea and Mountain views.. It’s private and beautiful pool/garden area has direct access to the beach!! This apartment is clean, homely and comfortable and adequately accommodates 2 to 3 people.Free wifi and English TV is supplied.The apartment has been a family holiday home for the past 28 years and not just a basic rental property! (we are also very flexible on arrival and departure days ) There is a small supermarket and restaurant a few yards from the apartment. The beach restaurants are also very reasonable and offer local catches of the day! La Cala Golf Club is also close by and the town offers a wide variety of shops and restaurants. The picturesque town of La Cala is also conveniently placed to visit other areas on the Costa del Sol, should you have your own transport. Alternatively, there are regular buses running along most of the coast or if you are looking to just chill out! This is the perfect venue!

The apartment has a wall mounted air conditioning unit which Provides efficient cooling within during the Summer months and heating during off peak seasons. English Television and internet are also supplied. Outside: The well maintained and beautiful gardens include a large pool for the private and exclusive use of residents/guests only with direct access onto the beach from the garden. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and Linen are included in the price. Charges will apply for extra laundry requested.(Please note that we do not supply beach towels.) The apartment is cleaned before and after guests have visited. Other: Balcony with Large opening Surround Windows offering views directly onto La Cala beach and Panoramic Sea and stunning mountain views.

Lovely accommodation & pool with stunning view, very helpful owner

This property is lovely, clean with everything you need, beautiful view especially at sunrise. The pool area is so relaxing and even though we were there in August was never busy. La Cala itself has a really laid back feel with some really nice bars & restaurants. The apartment is also in the ideal area to be able to go out exploring the surrounding towns.

Beautiful beachfront apartment

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely apartment with surrounding views and beautiful sunrises. Very clean and comfortable with everything you need for your stay. If you travel alone the apartment is very safe and secure. The garden/pool area is beautiful which leads onto the beach which is kept very clean too. When you leave the apartment and get to the beach there's a wooden walkway. If you go to the right it goes on for miles along the waters edge with gorgeous views of the ocean. You can reach Capopino which is a harbour well worth visiting. There is also a small supermarket just outside the apartment and there are larger ones too in the vicinity. There are so many good restaurants in La Cala, you are spoilt for choice and there is also an excellent restaurant/bar at the bottom of the apartment. The old town in the Mijas mountains is definitely worth a visit with many restaurants and amazing views. There's so much to see and do on your doorstep. Fran the owner is really helpful and a pleasure to deal with. We will definitely be back.
