Palm Villa is a 4 bedroom comfortable modernized villa with spacious indoors and outdoors facilities.
The house is south facing and receives maximum sun exposure throughout the year.
The upper floor accommodation consists of three double bedrooms, a luxurious bathroom with shower, bath, toilet, bidet and 2 basins. There is also an additional toilet with basin and bidet and an entrance/lounge area. The upper floor has direct access to the pool area via an external staircase. It is also connected to the lower floor via an internal staircase.
The lower floor has a spacious entrance area, connected to this is the large lounge and dinning space, with direct access to the pool and patio areas. There is English TV provided. The master bedroom is located on the lower floor having its own shower room/toilet. There is an ample modern kitchen with laundry area. The kitchen is fully equipped with every modern accessory you may need for advanced cooking. The kitchen leads immediately on to the outdoor covered dining area which would easily seat 8 people and provides a nice shaded area to take refuge from the midday sun.
The lower patio and outdoor area provides access to the pool and outdoor kitchen/bar with a cold drink at arms reach. There is also an outdoor lounge and dining areas and a top of the line Weber gas barbecue.
The pool and terraces surrounding the pool benefit from total privacy.
Palm Villa is located in a generous, secluded and quiet plot of around 1000 m2, having an established garden. The outdoor space has been maximized to enjoy the Mediterranean outdoor lifestyle. The pool is quite special, it has an overflow perimeter that allows the water to be at the same level as the surrounding terrace. A jacuzzi capable of accommodating 6 people provides an overflow waterfall into the pool. The terrace surrounding the pool has an ancient olive tree and coco palms. Substantial, shaped cypress hedging gives you total privacy. It is south facing, getting the maximum possible sun exposure. There is generous space for the supplied sun beds. Directly off this terrace, is a modern exterior lounge-cum-dining area, complete with a kitchen/bar with all the mod cons, including a TV, etc. It has been designed to allow you to enjoy al fresco dining out by both day and night. There is a fantastic atmosphere at night with the ambient lighting and rainbow-lit jacuzzi.
The accommodation offers views of La Vallesa also known as “Valencia’s Lung”, a protected green area, great for nature walking or biking. This area is a Mecca to mountain biking. People come from far and wide with their bicycles to explore this beautiful area. There are direct links via bicycle track along the Turia river in to the center of town. This offers a unique way to explore Valencia.
Palm Villa has the ideal location for your Valencian holiday. It is situated in the leafy urbanization of La Canyada. This is the oldest and most prestigious urbanization in Valencia having very close communication with the airport and city centre as well as Valencia’s famous beaches. Our villa is within a short walk from La Canyada village centre and its tube stop with direct links to the city. Valencia’s historic centre is only a short trip away as are the local beaches, restaurants, night life and art scene. For those that like cycling, there are several options for city bicycle hire.
The local village offers a huge choice of restaurants, bars and shops including some fine dining!
We are located within 10 minutes’ drive from the airport, which means that car hire is not essential and that your holiday begins 10 minutes after leaving the airport.
Bookings are to be made directly with the owners.
Booking deposit of 25% of the rent required when making the reservation.
There is also a 300 Eur security deposit.
Last minute bookings welcomed.
Not included in the rental price: Wi-Fi internet is optional. It can be available on demand at 30 Eur per week.
