We had a great stay at the Villa, everything you could need was there, immaculately clean, outdoor area was great, pool was amazing, spent a lot of time in it due to the great weather we had during our stay. We were a group of friends and you really didn't need to leave the villa, local supermarket delivered our shopping, metro station a short 15 minute walk away which took us straight into Valencia, some great walks not far from the villa into a pine forest with rivers. Paul & Gema were very helpful and welcoming, cant recommend this villa enough, would definitely return
We stayed at Palm Villa for a week in August 2024. The villa is modern and spacious and the pool and garden area are simply amazing. We were a family of 6 with a baby, plenty of space for everyone and a nice stroll to the local village, which is equipped with bars, restaurants, shops and a supermarket. The supermarket offers an online delivery service which is really useful. The village also has a metro station which is great to access Valencia City Centre. Would 100%, without doubt, stay here again. Thank you to Paul and Gema who were exemplary hosts.
Just back from 10 relaxing days in this beautiful villa. . Fantastic pool and Jacuzzi. A good kitchen area, plenty of fridges and utensils. Nice clean bedrooms with air con, gas BBQ and even Netflix to keep our Grandchild amused when the sun was too hot. 20 min walk into Town or a 6euro Uber ride. Thankyou for the welcome pack as well, a few essentials and drinks to help with the unpacking.
We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday in Palm Villa. The villa is very spacious, and there are plenty of places to chill inside and outside in the sun or shade. We really enjoyed the barbeque area and dining table straight outside the kitchen, and the pool was very refreshing. Location excellent, with restaurants and small shops a 15-20 minute walk away, as is the metro with central Valencia a 20-30 minute ride. La Canyada is a quiet residential neighbourhood, and the villa is just opposite an entrance to La Vallesa with interesting walks and views. It was lovely to meet Paul and Gema who were very helpful before and during our stay. It's a really good villa!
Palm Villa was simply gorgeous. Beautifully laid out with lots of room to gather and sufficient nooks to escape should your heart desire 😊 In a really lovely part of Valencia, La Cañada has wonderful amenities and delightful restaurants. A 15 minute walk to the Metro station that takes you into the heart of Valencia in 15-20 minutes. Some lovely walks - through the wooded area called the 'Lungs of Valencia' and through streets with some delightful homes and gardens. The pool is wonderfully refreshing and the surrounding terrace the perfect sun trap. If you are looking for a peaceful and relaxing home from home with all you could possibly need to make a memorable holiday, look no further. Paul and Gema super helpful - the perfect hosts. Thank you for making this one of our most relaxing and enjoyable holidays ever.
An amazing location and beautiful villa and only 20 mins for the center of Valencia The villa is very comfortable with all the mod cons and it has the most gorgeous pool area which gets the sun from morning until about 6pm, a total sun trap. Our family group was 7 number in total and the villa easily accommodated that size group. I would definitely go back.
