Located in the prestigious La Capellania area just 2 kilometres west of the old white Andalucian village of Benalmadena Pueblo, La Vista has everything for the perfect family holiday. The villa enjoys a quiet location with its own private parking but is just 250 metres to the shopping centre with Carrefour supermarket, newsagents, pharmacy, hairdressers, dentist and two restaurants and excellent coffee shop.
The villa has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, shower room and even a sauna! There is a spacious living room with dining area. The kitchen is fully fitted and includes a dishwasher. For your comfort super quiet Panasonic air conditioning has been installed throughout. In addition there is fast fibre optic internet and multinational television.
The garden with its lemon and kumquat trees is maintained to perfection as is the 10-metre pool. If you like a barbie there is a purpose-built barbecue. There is a shaded terrace which looks on to the gardens and over the Bay of Fuengirola. This view is absolutely magnificent and you will never tire of it.
