Our 3 bed, 3 bath detached villa offers superb comfort and convenience for families or groups. There is a beautiful view towards the Mar Menor and the Med from the roof terrace, which has sunbeds and chairs. The front terrace has a built-in BBQ, dining tables with sunshade and chairs.
All day winter sun on the private roof top terrace, a wonderful sun trap for your holiday!
The villa is air-conditioned/heated, has a spacious lounge with a large, flat screen satellite TV. The dining area is modern and comfortable and leads onto the back terrace, again good for winter sun.
The modern kitchen is very well equipped. Downstairs there are are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The main bedroom has a dressing area leading into the en suite marble bathroom and French windows leading to a further terrace. The 3rd bedroom has an en suite shower room, all bedrooms have large wardrobes. In bedrooms 1 and 2, the beds can be arranged as a king sized bed or twin beds and in bedroom 3 there is a double bed and a single bed.
The villa is clean and well presented and within walking distance of La Manga Club's main activity areas: the Raquets club includes tennis, padel, pickleball, excercise studios, children's club, state of the art gym. It is also in walking distance to the supermarket, shops and restaurants.
During the season there are football, tennis and padel courses for children.
Tennis & padel academies for adults run throughout the year.

The Villa: Situated on the Costa Calida in Murcia, South-east Spain, La Manga Club is approx 40 minutes from Murcia Airport and Cartagena. We are always open to discuss mid and low season deals to take advantage of the lowest air fares. Holidays to La Manga Club can be as active or as relaxing as you choose. La Manga Club enjoys 3 championship standard golf courses . Visitors to our villa will receive owners rates for golf. Each course presents an entirely different test, giving golfers of all standards the opportunity to play at Europe's premier sports resort. There are frequent tournaments held within the resort all year round, so please book in advance. As guests you are entitled to a reduction on green fees and you are advised to pre-book tee times at all times of year. There is a driving range and several practice greens. La Manga Club is a private 1,400 acre resort, with the weather allowing all year round sports, including the finest raquets centre in Europe, health and fitness centre, 2 beach clubs, water sports, horse riding and there are two swimming pools within our community. The hotel on site is a 5 star Hyatt hotel with Spa facilities and restaurants open to the public.

Biking La Manga at the Independent Activity Centre in La Manga Club offers a great selection of the latest generation of mountain bikes for all levels of experience, as well as road bikes, which are great for visiting nearby villages or beaches. Bikes can be hired for as little as one day to as long as a week or more. Helmets, locks and maps are all provided.
On the road down to Cabo de Palos you will find Adventure Golf, which is a great activity for all the family or visiting groups. Local villages have a great selection of restaurants and shops. There is a large market every Sunday in Cabo and a smaller one on Tuesday mornings in Los Belones.
