Description
In a peaceful location ten minutes’ walk to all club facilities and a private club beach, our beautiful family villa with private pool and gardens is a must for those wanting the convenience of a home away from home in the sunny resort of La Manga. The six spacious bedrooms, all with en-suite facilities, are perfect for families, couples or friends all looking to enjoy the facilities of the resort; golf, tennis, football, water sports, quad biking, shopping, restaurants, the buzzing nightlife or a relaxing time by the pool.The house has been regularly updated and upgraded over the years and provides all the ammenities allowing you to enjoy a relaxing and stress free holiday. There is wi-fi and air conditioning throughout the property and a great library of DVDs, books and games.
The accommodation includes a master bedroom on the top floor with it’s own balcony and spectacular views across the valley.
The main living area on the ground floor opens onto a terrace which extends the length of the building with the same wonderful views and retractable awning over the dining area for midday. There is a large size gas bar-b-q and seating for up to sixteen people on the terrace. The fully equipped kitchen, inside dining area (seats eight), office and snug are also on this floor. The utility room on the same level includes an extra fridge freezer, washing machine, drying racks, tumble drier, iron and ironing board, hoover and second dishwasher.
On the lower ground floor there are four bedrooms with french doors onto the patio pool area, three have outside seating. Bedroom six is a detached unit next to the large garden seating area. Most of the bedrooms can accommodate extra beds or cots and can be configured to create a twin if required.
There is a large second living/games room area on this floor with two sofas, one of which is also a sofa bed. As this includes a second TV, DVD player plus xbox it is the perfect place to chill if the temperatures are too hot around the pool.
Outside the pool benefits from all day sun and has it’s own shower and wc. (Pool heating is available for an extra fee). There is table tennis, a selection of pool toys and the lower lawn is perfect perfect for badminton and ball games. The beautifully planted gardens which are colourful and exotic wrap around the side of the house and offer peace and tranquility.
Three parking spaces are available, one at the front of the property by the entrance and two other spaces in the lower garden.

By Louisa Suff on 30-Aug-2025The villa was absolutely perfect for our group of 15, which included 8 adults and 7 children ranging from 4 to 16 years old. There was something for everyone across all ages. The children especially loved the fantastic selection of toys and games, both in the games room and around the pool/outdoor space, which kept them happily entertained for hours. The kitchen was exceptionally well-equipped, making mealtimes a breeze, and the stunning view from the deck made BBQ evenings extra special. The table tennis right outside by the pool was a brilliant touch that both kids and adults enjoyed. Every detail was so comfortable and thoughtfully arranged — it truly made our holiday unforgettable.
Fabulous family holiday in this fantastic villa.
By Vicki Johnstone on 31-Aug-2025Had a fabulous family holiday in this fantastic villa. Pics don’t show the true expanse / space available within. We were a group of 13 adults and one child, so much space inside and out, never felt on top of each other with the separate available living areas too! The dining tables on the veranda easily sat all 14 of us round so made for brilliant bbq nights in. The kitchen is really well equipped with crockery, cups, glasses, utensils and everything you could possibly need. Very useful utility area too with washer dryer and extra fridge/freezer. We found a car useful for shopping trips and Local sightseeing and found the Dia supermarket perfect for all the essentials. Most of the onsite restaurants are within a 25 min walking distance which was fine for those wanting to walk also Taxis always on hand for those not wanting to walk. We stayed mid August for 10 days and didn’t require the pool heating. Pool and gardens were regularly cleaned and attended to. Owner is most helpful for any queries before and for duration of stay. Would definitely return. Thank you so much for a memorable stay.
Wonderful family holiday

We have been to the resort many times and this villa was one of the very best we have stayed at .
Stunning villa
By Helen on 18-Aug-2024What a stunning and absolutely huge villa! We easily fit 10 in the space and could see that even with 16, it wouldn’t feel crowded. We ate all our meals on the terrace, with a lovely view. The pool was just right for us; steps to a shallow area to play, leading to a deep section for the kids to jump in to. The games room was great for the kids in the peak heat of the day. The garden is large so there’s space for football etc. plus there is table tennis. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen very well equipped. There are also stair gates for those with little ones. We didn’t use the Club sport or dining facilities but did make use of the supermarket on site. We used ‘the Beauty Chambers’ for a massage which was reportedly very very good (you can easily book in English via WhatsApp pre your arrival). We took easyJet to Murcia airport, which is a great, quiet, easy to access, stress free place. There are several car rental options there too. The owner was quick with answers to our several queries and very friendly. There is also an onsite manager to attend to any issues, should they arise. I would have no hesitation visiting again. The perfect pool holiday!
Well equipped lovely villa
By Ann on 25-Apr-2023This very well equipped villa was great for our family party of 8 adults and 6 children. The heated pool was a real asset and the large lower grass area was very popular. Ensuite bedrooms and a large downstairs games room considerably added to both the adults'''' and children''''s enjoyment. The kitchen was a little compact compared to the well furnished large dining and sitting rooms but had a large variety of utensils, crockery and cooking pots,. The extra fridge/freezer in the laundry room was very useful. It would be good to have a drainage rack for the very large sink. Hilary was very attentive to any questions or needs I had. I''''d definitely recommend the villa and would love to come again.
Beautiful Villa

The children love the pool and there is heaps of room while still giving privacy and quiet spaces too. All was as described. The kitchen was well equipped and the bbq was large enough for everyone, lots of outside eating areas with plenty of shade for hot days. We will definately be back.
