Description
In a peaceful location ten minutes’ walk to all club facilities and a private club beach, our beautiful family villa with private pool and gardens is a must for those wanting the convenience of a home away from home in the sunny resort of La Manga. The six spacious bedrooms, all with en-suite facilities, are perfect for families, couples or friends all looking to enjoy the facilities of the resort; golf, tennis, football, water sports, quad biking, shopping, restaurants, the buzzing nightlife or a relaxing time by the pool.The house has been regularly updated and upgraded over the years and provides all the ammenities allowing you to enjoy a relaxing and stress free holiday. There is wi-fi and air conditioning throughout the property and a great library of DVDs, books and games.
The accommodation includes a master bedroom on the top floor with it’s own balcony and spectacular views across the valley.
The main living area on the ground floor opens onto a terrace which extends the length of the building with the same wonderful views and retractable awning over the dining area for midday. There is a large size gas bar-b-q and seating for up to sixteen people on the terrace. The fully equipped kitchen, inside dining area (seats eight), office and snug are also on this floor. The utility room on the same level includes an extra fridge freezer, washing machine, drying racks, tumble drier, iron and ironing board, hoover and second dishwasher.
On the lower ground floor there are four bedrooms with french doors onto the patio pool area, three have outside seating. Bedroom six is a detached unit next to the large garden seating area. Most of the bedrooms can accommodate extra beds or cots and can be configured to create a twin if required.
There is a large second living/games room area on this floor with two sofas, one of which is also a sofa bed. As this includes a second TV, DVD player plus xbox it is the perfect place to chill if the temperatures are too hot around the pool.
Outside the pool benefits from all day sun and has it’s own shower and wc. (Pool heating is available for an extra fee). There is table tennis, a selection of pool toys and the lower lawn is perfect perfect for badminton and ball games. The beautifully planted gardens which are colourful and exotic wrap around the side of the house and offer peace and tranquility.
Three parking spaces are available, one at the front of the property by the entrance and two other spaces in the lower garden.

Superb villa
By Chris Gibbs on 31-Jul-2021The villa is fantastic with so much space and very well equipped. The outside area is vast with beautiful gardens, a lovely and well maintained swimming pool with a shower and toilet nearby and lots of toys for the children to use. We were a family of 10 adults and 5 children aged 5 and under and the villa was able to accommodate this number easily. The bedrooms were all a very good size, taking additional cots with ease, and there was enough living area to spread out and have your own space when needed. Unfortunately due to Covid many of the restaurants were closed in the evening but there was a very good BBQ and a well equipped kitchen that made catering easy. It is a bit of a walk into the shops, and too far to get to the beach with the little ones on foot (it is an unmade road that is very steep) and we would personally recommend you have a car. That also opens up some of the surrounding areas which we enjoyed visiting especially Cabo de Palos. With six bedrooms all ensuite and a vast living area if you have a large group this is definitely a great villa to choose. Hilary the owner could not have been more helpful in ensuring all the high chairs and cots were there and also in helping us really get the most out of our holiday.
Excellent family holiday
By Alan Gillespie on 03-Jul-2021We had a great time at the villa. Our grandchildren were in the pool for hours at a time. The house was spacious and comfortable. We, and our kids, really appreciated the large en -suites which every bedroom has. Jo, the house manager, was very helpful and efficient. All in, a very good holiday in an excellent location with all services nearby. Wouldn’t hesitate to revisit!
Second visit

Last year was to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary and this year our son in laws 40th birthday. Our age range was 18 months to 75. We cannot fault the villa, it has everything you could possibly need. Wonderfully equipped including everything for young children. Beautiful views and gardens and a lovely pool, perfect for family celebrations.Hopefully we will be going again.
