Our fabulous 2-bedroom penthouse in Los Olivos is perfectly located with spectacular views over La Manga Club, probably Europe's top leisure resort. The magnificent panoramic view over the south golf course, Mar Menor and Mediterranean sea is just breath taking.

Furnished to a very high standard throughout, the apartment provides generous living space and two fabulous terraces for dining and sun-bathing, free internet wi-fi, satellite TV and air-conditioning/central heating.

The large open plan living and dining area with sliding patio doors leads out onto a sun terrace with a built-in BBQ, furniture for al-fresco dining and sun-loungers, and views overlooking one of the resort's three championship golf courses. The kitchen, located off the dining area, is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, washer/dryer, and fridge/freezer.

The two spacious bedrooms are both well equipped with built-in wardrobes - the double-bed master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a bath, shower cubicle and double wash basin vanity unit. The second twin-bedded room is served by the house bathroom containing a bath with shower over and a vanity wash basin.

There is an additional large private roof terrace furnished with sun-loungers for all-day sunbathing.

Everything is on the doorstep too. We are next door to the Par 47 Pitch and Putt and across the road from the Tennis and Fitness Centre. La Manga has some superb new restaurants to join the much loved well established ones - all within walking distance. Supermarkets and a variety shops are 4-5 minutes walk in both directions.

The apartment is fully air-conditioned and centrally heated so suitable for year round use.

What a fabulous apartment! Spectacular views, totally private sunbathing, 5 minutes walk from all the amenities, the perfect place to re-charge your batteries or enjoy an action packed world famous resort.

This is our second stay in this lovely apartment, so we knew how wonderful it was before we got there. The views from the terrace over the La Manga Club and Mar Menor beyond are breathtaking. The central location is ideal with all the facilities that the club has to offer within a 5 minute walk. We spent some time in Cabo de Palos, the local fishing village which is about a 10 minutes drive away, as well as La Cala which is a 5 minute drive or 25 minute walk ....if you're feeling brave. Further afield we found a fantastic beach called Cala Cortina towards Cartagena, with crystal clear waters where we enjoyed some snorkelling and a fabulous sea food restaurant right on the beach where we had lunch. Our two week stay disappeared all too quickly, but we hope to return again soon.

Lovely spacious apartment with stunning view

Just stayed at this apartment and was impressed with everything. The booking was easy with helpful advice given by owner and ended with a prompt refund of the bond after the holiday. The apartment was spacious and the view from the huge balcony was breath taking. It is ideally situated with only a 10 minute walk to bars, restaurants and a large supermarket.
