Description

This sunny two bedroom apartment is located on the 3rd floor and can be accessed by lift or stairs. It is air conditioned, spacious and secure. It has free wifi and the television has a variety of the English speaking stations. The kitchen is well equipped with everything required for a family holiday, including fridge-freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, toaster and air frier. There is a washing machine, ironing board and hairdryer. Towels and bed linen are supplied.

It is ideally located right in La Zenia Centre, close to lots of shops, restaurants, bars, banks etc. There is a great supermarket just across the road. The beach is a short 10 minute walk. There are 2 hotels within walking distance. Zenia Boulevard, a vast shopping centre beautifully set out in streets and containing all the well known stores as well as a whole floor dedicated to restaurants of different nationalities, is just a 15 minute walk away.

There is a lovely seafront walk stretching all the way from La Zenia Beach to Cabo Roig Marina and beyond. See the map included in the photos which shows the seafront walk and also Zenia Boulevard, showing the apartment circled in red almost half way between the beach and the Boulevard.

Orihuela Costa street market (close to Zenia Boulevard), with up to 800 stalls, is a 15 to 20 minute walk and is held every Saturday morning ending 2 pm. This is the perfect place to ramble around and soak up the atmosphere while you buy fresh fruit and vegetables, colourful clothing or pick up unusual gifts to take home from your holiday.

There is a regular bus service from Zenia Boulevard to the nearest town, Torrevieja where children can enjoy a day out in the water park. There are also organised coach trips which do pick ups from Consum supermarket car park across the road from the apartment. These are a great way of exploring towns up and down the coast without having the stress of arranging car hire and having to drive yourself. They even do trips as far away as Terra Mitica Theme Park in Benidorm. See the brochure in the apartment for details.

Other details to note
The rent does not include the 83Euro cleaning fee which is payable to the management company on arrival.

Our management company usually like guests to vacate the apartment by 10am so that they can have it cleaned and ready for the next guest by 2pm.

Departure time may be flexible in some cases if there is no guest due to arrive the same day.

Interaction with guests
Our management company makes contact with our guests in advance of arrival date to help them with any queries and to arrange key collection etc. They will collect guests at the airport if required. If you choose to hire a car, you will be able to drive in to the pool area to unload your baggage and there is street parking near the rear of the apartment.

If you are making your own way from the airport, Steven will arrange to meet you with apartment keys at La Zenia free of charge between 10am and 5pm weekdays. He charges 25Euro outside these times. Alternatively he can leave the keys in a key safe attached to the external gate of the apartment building and send you the code to open the key safe and there is no charge for this service.

Guests are requested to dispose of refuse and to leave dishes, cutlery, oven etc clean.

We can be contacted at any stage to help with any issues or enquiries which guests might have.

There is a brochure in the apartment with lots of information about local amenities and places of interest to visit. This brochure has contact details both for the owners and the management company in case you need to make contact during your holiday.

We had a fantastic stay at your apartment! Everything was spotlessly clean and felt wonderfully homely from the moment we arrived. Thank you for your prompt and helpful responses to our questions before arrival—it really put us at ease. The location was perfect, with easy access to the supermarket, great restaurants, and just a short walk to both the beach and La Zenia Boulevard. We truly enjoyed our time here and would love to return in the future. Highly recommended!

We have just returned from 7 nights here, it’s pretty much home from home. Had everything we needed, kitchen has an air fryer which was handy for breakfasts. Balcony is large and we loved people watching! Pool is lovely, big enough to get some lengths in! Location is fabulous, 10 mins walk to la zenia beach and 15 mins to boulard shopping centre. Restaurants and bars on doorstep so car isn’t necessary. All In all we were delighted, had a great week And woukd love to return again ️️️
