Description

Villa Juanita is a Four Bedroom, Four Bathroom Villa, set on two floors situated in the Los Mojones area of Puerto Del Carmen. The shops and restaurants in the old town and harbour areas are about 10 to 15 minute walk from the villa.
This spacious property's main floor has a large lounge/dining room, with sofas, internet television, dining table & seating and well-equipped kitchen, master en-suite bedroom, twin bedroom and further bathroom. The lower level has two bedrooms & two bathrooms and a cinema room with another internet tv.

The outside terrace has a heated swimming pool, sun loungers and extensive shaded areas for al-fresco dining.
A welcome pack, consisting of a bottle of wine, bottle of water, carton of milk, tea & coffee and a packet of biscuits is provided free of charge.
Should guests require any additional items, please contact us and we will try to get whatever you need on arrival.
