Description
Villa Juanita is a Four Bedroom, Four Bathroom Villa, set on two floors situated in the Los Mojones area of Puerto Del Carmen. The shops/restaurants in the old town and harbour areas are about 10 to 15 minute walk from the villa, taxi fare to old town €3.00.This spacious property's main floor has a large lounge/dining room, with sofas, internet television, dining table & seating and well-equipped kitchen, master en-suite bedroom, twin bedroom and further bathroom. The lower level has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a cinema room with another internet tv.
The Villa has a spacious games room with full size pool table and a dart board.
The outside terrace has a heated swimming pool, sun loungers and extensive shaded areas for al-fresco dining.
A welcome pack, consisting of a bottle of wine, bottle of water, carton of milk, tea & coffee and a packet of biscuits is provided free of charge.
Should guests require any additional items, please contact us and we will try to get whatever you need on arrival.
PLEASE NOTE: Prices are based on 4 guests sharing, with additional charges for extra guests.

By Ronan on 17-Jul-2025Family of 5, 17, 15 amd 13 really enjoyed 2 weeks in this tranquil villa. Located in a quiet area within easy walking distance of old town (12 mins). Villa itself is s very spacious with loads.of room for us. Pool was amazing with sunbeds and parasol, outdoor table amd chairs. Everything is in the Villa to have a wonderful stay. Towels, beach towels, kitchen equipped, tv room a/c etc. Master bedroom is huge with ensuite shower and toilet. Great communication with owner and management company. No issues whatsoever amd would highly recommend it. We will definitely return to it.
