Description
Casa Meldon is situated in the heart of Puerto del Carmen with great sea views and a private pool. The beaches, bars, restaurants & shops are only a short walk away. It comprises of 2 double bedrooms, one with a double bed and terrace doors overlooking the pool and sea views and has an ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has twin beds and there is a separate bathroom. The villa has a fully fitted kitchen, dining area and lounge. The terrace has an outside table and chairs for alfresco dining. The swimming pool is situated down a few steps from the upper terrace and has 4 sunbeds and a parasol. An outside BBQ is also situated on the upper terrace. Wifi and internet and are included in the villa, air conditioning is available on a coin meter.3 Reviews
Fantastic Villa, Wonderful Host
By Casa Meldon on 01-Feb-2026Stayed for 9 nights in Casa Meldon in February 2026. Fantastic experience from booking, to check in to check out. The villa is part of a gated complex with other similar villas. It is about a 10 minute walk to the main strip (you come out near Murphy’s Irish bar). The villa complex is safe and clean. The villa itself is very well laid out with 2 bedrooms that can sleep 4 comfortably and has 2 bathrooms with 1 fabulous shower with piping hot water. There is all the amenities you need in the villa - kitchen has everything, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dish washer, iron, kettle etc etc. The living room area has a table and chairs and has TV with all channels and Netflix/Prime Video and a comfortable settee. Outside area has a BBQ and plenty table, chairs and loungers. The pool is heated and is a lovely depth to laze around in. The area is very quiet and there is neighbours either side of the villa but you would not notice them. There is wonderful sea views and the villa is ideally situated looking out into the ocean. The owner Suzi was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish, with great communication over how to get to the villa, how to enter and was on hand to deal with any query if needed. She also contacted to say she would call in when settled which she did and was available to deal with any issue if necessary - there was no issue! We will definitely come here again!
Home from home
By Rick on 19-Jan-2023I booked a last minute 2 week break in Puerto Del Carman for 19th Janaury 2023 and having previously stayed at Vista Del Mar I was keen to find a place on there or nearby. Casa Meldon came up and from the initial dialog with Suzie in booking the villa, to the information provided regarding access it made what can sometimes be a stressful process so easy and friendly. Arriving at the villa and it was clean, tidy, had all the kitchen utensils required to make it a home from home. The pool was a good temperature for the time of year too. I had a really peaceful 2 weeks and will definately be looking to use Casa Meldon again in the future. Thanks Suzie for making the trip stress free and for the friendliness of you and your partner when we met.

Brilliant holiday home
By Carolyn on 31-Dec-2022Casa Meldon villa exceeded our expectations as a holiday rental. The villa is fully fitted out with everything you need, and the little extras make it really special. The info folder, the equipped kitchen, hairdyers etc...the 'help yourself ' box with useful items like suncreams, mosquito spray etc... items left by other guests, so generous, we added to this as we left for the next holiday makers, great idea ! The management team were fabulous and very helpful We had a truly relaxing, amazing holiday, thank you, hope to be back!
