Villa Katie is fabulous spacious 3 bed 2 bath villa with a private electric heated pool in Matagorda, Lanzarote.. It is beside the beach / promenade and a short stroll to the local shops, bars and restaurants. Villa Katie has English tv with all the sports and movie channels and free wifi. It has a filtered american fridge freezer. It has a lovely private sunbathing terrace for up to 6 guests and a covered outside dining area. There are fantastic walks each direction along the beach. The villa is located approx 5 mins drive from the airport and less than 10 minute drive into the heart of Puerto Del Carmen which has a host of shops and entertainment.
The villa has 3 double bedrooms, one of which is an en-suite. The matagorda area is very pretty and it is mostly level so it is very suitable for guests with mobility issus.
