CASA FAILTE in Puerto Del Carmen is a unique villa, which offers you and you’re family both privacy and tranquility and is situated 2 minutes from Playa Grande beach, as well as 2 minutes from Restaurants and Bars on the strip. 10 minutes drive or taxi ride from airport. There are no steep hills to climb for those who have challenges or are immobile. the villa has many spacious rooms, which are all air conditioned (metered) and are furnished to a high standard. Security safe is also included as well as a filtered drinking water tap. No carrying/purchasing or lugging of heavy drinking water bottles. There is a Jacuzzi/plunge pool which seats 5 adults, but Villa WILL HAVE its own private Swimming Pool at the end of February 2024 (construction to commence Jan 2024). The Villa (bungalow) has 3/4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 2 of which are en suite. Two queen size bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom. Also 1 main bathroom. One office which has a large screen, keyboard and hdmi cable, which can link to free Wi-Fi if you wish to work from home, whilst on vacation (Hybrid) plus 2 extra single mattresses, Iron and ironing board. There is a large recreation area with a seating and dining space beside Jazuzzi. As well as a courtyard which is off kitchen, which has a shower and sitting area for 2. Casa Failte is the perfect location for couples and families looking for a fun filled relaxing holiday or workaway location. Alexa has been installed for all you're favourite tunes. We look forward to hosting you and yours in our home away from home. Check in after 4pm. Check out 10am. Late stay maybe possible if organised at time of booking with fee quoted. 30% deposit required when booking, balance due 6 weeks before arrival. Cleaning surcharge will be quoted if staying less than 10 nights. Security deposit of 300 euro or 270 stg euro required along with balance due and will be returned 1 week after departure. Occupancy rates are quoted for between 2 and 4 people, other rates can then be discussed depending on season and term. Friends/Family discounts also available.

Morning ! All well I will leave a great review for you and I''''ll be recommending the villa to all friends and family. The villa is spacious and everything you need to enjoy a relaxing holiday. We didn''''t use kitchen only kettle, but if we came for longer it would be great to cook meals and eat outside.Its location is excellent. You have an amazing place! We went to serenity and didn''''t rate it. We LOVED longbeach restaurant and bar, both food and cocktails and service were perfect. El Golfo is fab for a fish lunch and a great area to explore. Highly recommend La Giea wine region for tasting and lunch/ tapas/ charcuterie. Lanzarote has a lot more to offer than the tourism of the resorts which is great too, but the island is fascinating if you explore. We are leaving villa around 12.30 as we are heading for lunch / wine tasting before we leave. We will take rubbish and leave clean and tidy for you, thanks again. X I would love to see how the pool area comes on and hope to book with you again in the future xx
