CASA FAILTE in Puerto Del Carmen, Playa Grande is a unique villa, which offers you and your family both privacy and tranquility and is situated 2 minutes from Playa Grande beach, as well as 2 minutes from Shops, Restaurants and Bars on the strip. 10 minutes drive or taxi ride from airport. There are no steep hills to climb for those who have challenges or are immobile. Construction work commenced Jan 8, 2024 and finished in March 2024. Villa has wheelchair access ramps x 2 which were built as well as a Private Heated Pool. CASA FAILTE has many spacious rooms, which are all air conditioned (metered) and are furnished to a high standard. Security safe is also included as well as a filtered drinking water tap. No carrying/purchasing or lugging of heavy drinking water bottles.
There is a separate jacuzzi (fits five people). CASA FAILTE (bungalow) has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 2 of which are en suite and 1 main bathroom. There are 2 queen size bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom. There is one office which has a large screen, keyboard and HDMI cable, which can link to free Wi-Fi if you wish to work from home, whilst on vacation (Hybrid) plus 2 extra single mattresses to sleep 8 in total. Iron and ironing board are also available. Baby travel cot and high chair too. A fully fitted kitchen with all mod cons, air fryer, coffee maker, dishwasher, hob, microwave, blender and washing machine and much more. Smart TV also. There is a large terrace area with a seating and dining space beside Jacuzzi with early morning and afternoon sun.
Private heated pool is off dining area with large glass sliding doors, with sun from 11am to 5.30pm. Access pool through dining area or kitchen. As well as a courtyard, which is off kitchen, which has a shower and clothes line. CASA FAILTE is the perfect location for couples and families looking for a fun filled relaxing holiday or work-away-from-home location. Alexa has been installed for all your favourite tunes. Check in after 4pm. Check out 10am. Late stay may be possible if organised at time of booking with fee quoted. 30% deposit required when booking, balance due 3 months before arrival. Cleaning surcharge if staying less than 10 nights. Security deposit of 300 euro or 300 stg required along with 70% balance due and Security Deposit will be returned 1 week after departure following inspection. Occupancy rates are quoted for 4 people, other rates can then be discussed depending on season and term. On street parking maybe possible.

30% Initial deposit is non refundable and is due at time of booking to secure reservation on simplyowners.net
70% which is the remainder, is due 3 months before arrival, and is non refundable once paid.
If cancellation occurs prior to payment of remaining 70%, the initial 30% is still non refundable.
NB: We suggest you take out travel insurance for instances that may occur. Also, have EHIC or old E11 insurance card for medical attention whilst in Lanzarote
