Terms: £400 per week deposit is payable on booking confirmation. Infants under 2 are £35.00 per child per week .Balance to be paid 10 weeks prior to arrival. ***All guests should have holiday insurance***.
Bookings are normally from 14:00 h on arrival to 10.00 of day of departure.

We were welcomed by Roy on arrival and shown round which was very kind. The villa is very well equipped and 2 large bedrooms with excellent shower rooms. Every where was spotless and modern and very well equipped. Prefect for 2 adults or a small family and only a short stroll to shops, restaurants and the seafront. The cleaner Louise was excellent and cleaned each week and left lots of towels. Our only recommendation would be a few plant pots in the courtyard to give a bit more character. Patrick and Suki

Totally flat walk to the nearby bars and restaurants. We stayed for a month and really appreciated the fully equipped kitchen complete with air fryer.. Bed very comfy and powerful shower. Great space to relax and unwind. Totally recommend. And the usual 5 star plus service from Roy and Jill. Also not forgetting the great job Louise does with her regular cleans. Date: 3 February 2026
What a find - Christmas 2025
By Michael and Cassandra on 26-Dec-2025Absolutely 100% recommend this villa. Home from home. Location is amazing. Villa is clean and tidy. Roy the owner popped in to see if all was running smoothly and to test the hot tub. Pleasant gentlemen. He is clearly in the right business, the way he makes sure the villa is up to high standards. Tried to book again next year, but is already gone. So we've opted for one of Roy's other villas, as we know his standards are high. Plenty to do round and about. Short walk to local bars and restaurants. I'd recommend going off the beaten track to find the little gems. Kitchen is well stocked so you can eat in too. Coffee machine is easy to use with the filter coffee. All in all I would rate this 10/10 Thankyou Michael and Cassandra 💙🥂

Well kept and stocked with everything you would need. Location is spot on for going anywhere on the island. Roy checked in on us to make sure everything was OK. He also tested the hot tub. Kitchen is will equipped. There is a washing machine and dishwasher. Microwave, coffee machine l, kettle, oven, toaster etc. We liked it that much we tried to book again for next Christmas.
