Description
Casas del Sol is one of Playa Blanca's oldest and most prestigious complexes in a prime position opposite the harbour and just a few minutes' walk from the paseo. Its close proximity to the old town, beaches, marinas, restaurants and shops makes it an ideal location and a firm favourite year after year.Villa 17b is a two bedroom (King & Twin) private bungalow comfortably sleeping up to 4 persons. It is ideally situated on this wonderful complex with a south facing patio and panoramic sea views. It catches the sun from morning to evening which, coupled with its walled & gated spacious terrace, makes it an ideal private setting for sunbathing, reading and relaxing.
There are recliners, sun loungers & parasols at your disposal. Shade can be sought under the covered pergola as well as the extendable awning. The bistro and larger dining set, together with a traditional Canarian barbecue, make outside dining a year round joy.
Its south-facing position offers sea views of Fuerteventura, Papagayo and the Atlantic ocean.
The complex is surrounded by well maintained mature tropical gardens and has a small tidy network of pathways. Facilities include a heated salt water swimming pool (with resident lifeguard), a splash pool and ample loungers & parasols.
Additionally there are Tennis & Petanque courts and the delightful reception area has a guest lounge with free wi-fi. There is a mini-mart for essentials, a library and it is manned by a team of friendly and helpful multi-lingual staff.
Children under 2 stay for free (Cots & High Chairs can be arranged, no extra charge). A small housekeeping surcharge is passed on for stays of less than 7 nights. Prices are based on 2 persons, additional guests stay for £7 per night per person.

Prefect holiday stay

Delighted to have cleaning service included- very welcome. Very friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely book this property again.
Wonderful holiday
By thorpengineering on 16-Aug-2016We had a wonderful "switch off" holiday. The villa is lovely - clean - everything is there that you need - even the hair dryers!! The site itself is lovely and the shops and beach all within walking distance. Lovely restaurants to eat in. Everyone really friendly. Would recommend it to anyone.
Quiet villa in perfect Playa Blanca location
By EAKH1974 on 25-Apr-2017Set right in the middle of Playa Blanca, this lovely villa is just a few minutes walk from the main bars, restaurants and beaches but as it's set back from the road it's also a quiet and tranquil location. Lovely clean villa with everything you need. Great view of the sea and headland from the terrace which has a great range of chairs and loungers. Good communal pool with plenty of seats. We had a fantastic relaxing week and will definitely be back.
