Description
This is a refurbished 2 bedroom 2 bathroom Villa which sleeps 5 (x 1 large double bed in one room & x 1 large double & single in another) south facing and in a quiet position on this award winning fantastic resort, Las Brisas. The Villa has a large private terrace with built in BBQ. Within the complex there is one of the largest communal heated pools on the island and a smaller heated kids play pool with a Lifeguard in attendance. There is an additional charge at reception for booking/use of the onsite tennis courts and there is also table tennis and pool tables. The complex has wi-fi and a restaurant & bar (with evening entertainment) and you are only a 5 min walk to the town centre, harbour and beach. Playa Dorada and the Marina are also within walking distance.Las Brisas is perfect for families, or anyone who just wants to take it easy and really relax on vacation. Its offers the best of everything.
Please note that changeover day is on a Thursday. Should you wish to make payment in euros please advise at time of booking.

Check in/out time is 4pm and 10am respectively.
Please note:
No pets are allowed and no smoking inside the villa.
There is no coffee machine at the villa.
Price includes air conditioning, electric and water.
At check in on arrival, pool towels will be provided for the duration of your stay.
A £200 per week deposit secures the booking. The balance will be due two months before arrival.
High chairs and cots are available for hire from Reception at an additional cost on a first come first served basis as they have a limited amount.
