Description
Villa 135 is an air conditioned, easy access and well-maintained villa situated on the 4-star award winning complex of Las Brisas, minutes away from the local town beach, restaurants and supermarkets. The villa is located in the quiet outer ring of the complex, a minute’s walk to all the facilities within the complex with a south facing garden, offering home from home comfort.This semi-detached villa has two bedrooms, one with king size bed with ensuite and TV and a second bedroom with three single beds with separate bathroom. There is a 3” step into a separate shower unit within the bathroom and a 3” step into villa from garden
The villa includes a flat screen Smart TV providing British (BBC1, BBC 2, ITV, Channel 4, Sky Sports 1, 2 plus News), Spanish, German and Italian channels, with good WiFi internet.
Outside there is a large fully tiled private garden/sun terrace with BBQ, patio table and chairs, sunbeds and shaded area under the large pergola. This area is gated which means that young children can play in safety in this area.
Leather settees and headboards reduce the risk for clients with allergies as well as providing assurance of a high standard of cleanliness. Some soft furnishings can be easily put away during your holiday if clients so wish.
The complex offers facilities for all generations including bar/restaurant, nightly entertainment, a large all year round heated swimming pool, (with life guard) children’s pool and play area, tennis courts, games room. All this and just minutes from the beach, town centre, with a wide variety of shops, bars, restaurants and supermarkets.
Upon arrival at Las Brisas, the experienced reception staff provide your first contact with the complex, giving you all the information you require in order to access your villa. The staff speak English, Spanish, French and German. Any maintenance issue is dealt with promptly when reported to Reception staff. There is a night guard on this gated community.

Maximum occupancy for this villa is 4 guests. (for 5 persons we charge £50 extra per week)
A £100 per week deposit secures the booking. The balance will be due 8 weeks before arrival
Green pool towels are provided for use round the pool
There is a charge for hire of high chair @ 12 euros per week and cot, @25 euros per week, available from Reception
Getting there
Taxis from the airport take 30 minutes and cost approx. 50 euros.
Las Brisas complex is located next door to the bus station in Playa Blanca. There is an half hourly bus from the airport to Playa Blanca bus station (Estation de Guaguas). Fare is from 3.50 euros (please provide no more than 10 euro note to bus driver) The ‘airport’ bus stop to Playa Blanca is literally 10 yards from exit from Arrivals Hall swing doors, walking to the right, away from taxi rank
Car Hire
Car Hire is available from several companies locally at a reasonable price.
One company provides car hire at airport at a competitive price but car must be returned to the airport. (Auto Reisen)
Places to eat
The seafront is minutes from the complex offering a range of Spanish and International cuisine. Other restaurants can be found within the village, away from the seafront

By Wendy weller on 30-Oct-2025A very comfortable villa with so many little details thought of eg plenty of hangers, plug sockets and adaptors, comfortable furniture inside and out. TVs in bedroom and lounge. Convenient for restaurants and the complex itself is very friendly.
Fabulous villa in a great location
By Tracey on 21-Aug-2025We loved staying at this villa, it was spacious inside and out, extremely well equipped and spotlessly clean. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed relaxing in this beautiful villa sometimes with a bbq on the large patio and some wine from the local shop after a day by the pool or on the beach. Everything was perfect for a fabulous holiday and we would highly recommend this privately located beautiful villa, close to all amenities.
A true home from home

The villa was very well equipped resulting in a very smooth and relaxing holiday. Communication with Ros and John was excellent and their personal touch added to our overall experience. There is nothing we can suggest that would have improved our time in the villa. Thank you for a lovely holiday and we will be back!
Home from home, with sunshine!
By KimnSteve on 02-Feb-2023We have stayed at number 135 a few times, it is very much a home from home. The villa itself is always immaculately presented. The decor, inside and out, is classy and comfortable. The location is fantastic, the complex is just a few minutes’ walk to the town and beach at Playa Blanca. There is an abundance of great eateries, and beautiful spots to relax. It is also lovely being able to have a relaxing stroll along the coastal path to the marina for a sundowner and a meal. The villa itself is very well appointed with all the modern conveniences you would need, including a delightful patio/terrace, for breakfast or a BBQ if one wishes. All in all, we would highly recommend a visit to this fantastic, stylish and comfortable villa.
