Description
Centrally located in Playa Blanca, on the southern tip of Lanzarote, Las Brisas is an award winning Gold Crown resort of pretty Andalusian villas set amidst palm trees in exotic landscaped gardens – an oasis of tranquillity, yet just 5 minutes walk from seafront, beaches, shops, bus station, bars and restaurants. Outstanding facilities include an all day reception desk with 24/7 night guard, superb large heated swimming pool and children’s pool (with lifeguard), 2 x floodlit tennis and a boule court (free to play), bar, restaurant, play area, indoor games room and managed walkways and gardens within the gated and secure site complex.Villa 93 is in a quiet centrally located position, just 1 minutes walk from the fabulous heated swimming pool and 2 minutes from its cafe bar / restaurant and other outstanding facilities. Facing South, it enjoys the sunshine and partial palm shade on the terrace all day long.
The villa is generously equipped and enjoys a large private sun terrace with BBQ, patio furniture and a shaded area under its pergola – a real home from home!
Inside there is a generous en-suite (with shower) bedroom with king-size double bed and plenty of wardrobe space. There is another large twin bedded room with TV (recommend bringing a firestick with UK wifi tv). There is a further larger shower room, a comfortable lounge area with 50Inch TV (incl. a handful of English channels via site arial) as well as a fully equipped modern kitchen area with oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. All windows have mosquito screens throughout. Both bedrooms have air-conditioning which is available from Reception as an option for 50 Euro per week, PAYABLE IN CASH AT RECEPTION, WHO WILL GIVE OUT THE REMOTE WHICH MUST BE RETURNED UPON DEPARTURE.
The villa is only available for weekly rentals, with Thursday & Saturday its changeover days.
Prices quoted are for upto 2 x non-smoking adult guests. Additional guests shall be charged an extra £150/week
each up to a maximum occupancy of 4 adults. As this is our home from home, there is a strict non-smoking policy inside the villa and failure to comply risks occupancy cancellation with no ownership obligation to offer any refunds. Minimum guest age is 30 yrs. No pets allowed.
A non-refundable £100 booking deposit is required to secure bookings upto 2wks in duration, over 2wks requires a £200 deposit, with the remainder due by 8 wks before occupation, together with a fully refundable £100 damages deposit (in case significant costs are incurred by the owner to address damages during occupation). A full property clean and bed linen change is undertaken every full-week with a intermediate clean and towel change part way through your stay.
Although the villa is equipped to satisfy the disabled with a raised main shower room toilet and associated shower grab rails, it does have a step (not ramp) from the terrance to the entrance doorway. However the terrance and access to front gate and path is flat. The complex and pool area is also disability friendly.
The Las Brisas Tourist Licence ref. Is E-35/3/0169 and therefore the complex is licenced to offer tourist services by the appropriate Spanish and Regional Authorities.

Beautiful Villa
By Louise on 21-Aug-2025In august me and my family stayed in this lovely villa, Upon arrival we checked in smoothly and were given the keys to villa 93. its a beautiful 2 bedroom villa in a lovely location with a spacious terrace, the villa had everything we needed and was spacious and very clean. It had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms which you do not get very often. las brisas is a lovely complex with a huge pool and amenities including tennis and pool which my son used daily. i would recommend this villa and the hosts were on hand for any questions. beautiful stay in a perfect setting.
