Villa 72 is a spacious, two bedroom 2 bathroom south-facing villa recently refurbished in a central location in the popular Las Brisas resort in Playa Blanca, Lanzarote. A short walk from the pool and resort facilities, Villa 72 offers a relaxing environment with sunshine throughout the day—ideal for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Location & Climate
Las Brisas is perfectly positioned in the heart of Playa Blanca, on the southern tip of Lanzarote and is an award-winning RCI Gold Crown resort of pretty Andalusian villas set amidst palm trees in landscaped gardens. Villa 72 is a five-minute walk from the seafront and nearby, as well as a wide selection of shops offering food, fashion, and gifts. The Superdino supermarket is a 2 minute walk from the entrance of Las Brisas . Guests can also enjoy a variety of bars and restaurants—many with beautiful sea views— and the local bus station is conveniently located next door, making it easy to explore the island.
Lanzarote enjoys a fantastic year-round climate, with more than 300 days of sunshine annually and between 6 to 11 hours of sunshine per day. Even in the cooler months, such as November, the weather remains mild and pleasant, while the summer months of June and August offer the highest levels of sunshine—perfect for those seeking a warm, sunny escape.

The Villa
Villa 72 enjoys a quiet and private setting, with no foot traffic passing the gate, perfect for relaxation. It is conveniently located just a two-minute walk from the swimming pool and three minutes from the on-site bar and restaurant. The villa features a south-facing patio that enjoys sunshine throughout the day, with partial shade provided by pergola and surrounding palm trees.
Inside, the living area has comfortable seating and flat screen TV with major UK and satellite channels, creating a welcoming space to relax. The outdoor space is equally inviting, with a large private tiled sun terrace complete with table and seating for four , sun loungers, parasol and a shaded pergola area—perfect for dining, relaxing, or enjoying the warm Lanzarote climate.
Villa 72 has one double bedroom with ample wardrobe storage , bedside tables and an en-suite shower room,
and one twin bedroom, and a larger separate family bathroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, with an oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine, along with a kettle and toaster.
The lounge area has sofa and two armchairs .
The dining area has dining table and seating for four.
Additional amenities include satellite TV, a safe, hairdryer, iron, and ample storage with wardrobes and coat hangers.
Towels and bed linen are provided . Guests are also provided with free towels for the swimming pool during their check-in at Reception.
Wi-Fi is available in the villa and at the pool and in the Las Brisas . The wi-fi codes are available from Reception for up to two devices, with additional access available at a small cost.
The aircon is available for an extra charge payable at reception if required .

Travel & Transport
The villa is approximately a 45-minute taxi journey from the airport. Guests can also take a local bus from the airport to the Bus Station conveniently located next door to the Las Brisas resort. Private transfers and car hire are readily available, and there is free on-site parking for those who choose to hire a car. The bus station across the road provides easy access for exploring other parts of the island.
