Lorca is a very historic town where you can visit a number of Museums, including the ones that house the beautifully embroidered costumes for the Easter Parades. In one of them you can actually watch the women embroidering. You can visit the Castle, where the Moors, the Christians and the Jews lived quite happily together. The Sierra Espuna is a beautiful place to visit, you may be lucky enough to see the wild boar, goats and the Eagles. Then there is the seaside town of Aguilas, with its lovely beaches which are well worth a visit.
