Beautiful 3 bedroom house with front and rear gardens, fully equipped for families and overlooking swimming pool. The property is 10 minutes easy walk to the beach and while in a peaceful location, only 5 minutes walk to bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Perfect for either families or three couples, this property is within minutes to some of the best golf courses in the region.
The house consists of;
*Front garden with tiled area, ideal for BBQ’s and sun bathing. (BBQ and sun loungers provided)
*The front garden leads up to a veranda, complete with table and chairs and fabulous views over the gardens and pool.
*Fully tiled rear garden with washing line, table and chairs
* Large and spacious living room/dining room complete with two sofas, dining table and chairs, ceiling fan, Satellite TV, DVD, Video and stereo.
(Selection of DVD’s and videos are provided).
*Fully equipped kitchen (including microwave). A Washing machine and clothes airer are provided in the storage room, accessed through the back garden.
*Three bedrooms, comfortably sleeping 7 people plus one cot;
Large double bedroom upstairs with fan, air conditioning & access to large balcony,
Triple bedroom upstairs with air conditioning and sink unit

NB; All bedrooms have wardrobes, they will all accommodate a travel cot (provided at the house). In addition, one bed guard is provided for toddlers.

The Complex
Playa 2 is a beautiful & well maintained complex with a central garden area accommodating a large swimming pool, a smaller children’s pool, a large lawn, numerous benches and lovely landscaping. The gated complex is an easy 10 minutes walk to the beach and five minutes to bars and restaurants.
The Area
Los Alcazares is situated on the Mar Menor, a fabulous salt water lagoon, fed by the Mediterranean, with views towards the La Manga strip. The beautiful blue-flag beach of Los Alcazares, with its palm lined esplanade, interspersed with beach front properties, cafés, bars and restaurants is perfect for a gentle stroll at any time of the day. The old town, which is home to a further variety of restaurants, is situated towards the far end of the beach. In contrast to the old town is the Rio Borines, a new boulevard leading to the beach, with great restaurants ranging from South East Asian, Indian, English, Irish and Mediterranean, a few bars and cafes plus a few well stocked supermarket. Los Alcazares offers a great environment for both families and couples, it offers a great non-package tour holiday environment with a choice of both quiet and lively restaurants and bars.
The Weather
From March to November the temperature is usually above 20 degrees C, rising to 30+degrees C in late July, August and early September. It rarely falls below 18 degrees C during the day in the winter months.

The property had been updated recently with new tiling throughout the downstairs and new bathrooms both upstairs and down. Overlooking the pool from the veranda was my favourite spot and when we wanted to eat out or go for a drink the restaurants were only 5 mins away and the beach less than 10 mins walk. Will be heading back again for sure!

The house has everything you need, the kitchen is well equipped with a good sized fridge freezer, a lot of seating room and sunbeds. Enough shade to hide from the sun and games to play in the pool and in the gardens. Would recommend!

Great location, 5 minutes from bars and restaurants, less than 10 mins walk to the beach. Great communal pool. Was lovely and quiet when we stayed at the property and had the pool almost to ourselves. It was so good we have already rebooted for 2026.
