By Marianne on 06-Sep-2025We had a fantastic 10 night stay in this villa, there was 6 of us. The villa was super clean and well equipped with everything you require, the beds were also super comfortable! There was great communication with the host all throughout our stay, we used a recommended and trustworthy taxi company who was always prompt and not overpriced. It’s about a 25 minute walk to the town / beach, there are two lovely bikes at the villa and it took around 10 minutes on the bikes. The pool was a lovely size , just perfect for cooling down, some floats were already there which we enjoyed. We used the BBQ in the upstairs kitchen which was great, the table and sofas up there are also great too, you can get the last bits of sun from the rooftop. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay from start to finish.

Beautiful villa with eveyrthing you could need
By Julie on 30-Aug-2025Went on holiday with four friends and in arrival villa was beautiful and had everything you could need, including the use of two bicycles which was amazing. Pool perfect fit dipping in and out and lots of inflatables available for kids or fun. Spotlessly clean and all beds are sooo comfortable. Communication from host was excellent from the time booked, before, during. and after holiday .would definitely recommend. Car hire would be useful however we love walking and approx 35 min stroll to beach.

Lovely stay in August
By Sarah & Ciaran on 12-Aug-2025We (a family of 4) had lovely stay in this villa in August. It is in great location with plenty of amenities close by (although you will need a car). The accommodation was bright spacious, clean and well supplied with all you would need. The pool was a perfect size to take a dip when the heat gets too much. The rooftop terrace was also a great place to have dinner and relax in the evenings. The owner was fantastic to deal with, was always quick to respond and communicated well in the run up to the stay. Would highly recommend for a break!

5 star holiday
By David on 02-Aug-2025Steve was the perfect host. He was very quick to respond to my initial request and couldn't do enough to help us. The villa was stunning. in a quiet area in roda which is around 30 minutes walk into Los Alcazares. The villa was spotless with your own pool and a sun trap of a roof terrace with bbq and pizza oven. My children spent hours in the pool with inflatables and it flew by. We wish we had booked for longer. If your thinking about booking this villa you will not be disappointed. We are already thinking about booking again for next year.

By Jo on 13-Jul-2025We had a fantastic stay at this lovely villa! It was spotlessly clean with plenty of space for six adults. The kitchen was well-equipped, and we really enjoyed using the BBQ on the roof terrace. Communication with the owner was excellent—very helpful and full of great suggestions. The villa had everything we needed, including much-appreciated air conditioning. The pool was brilliant and a real highlight. Highly recommended!

A fantastic place to stay
By Steph Morgan on 24-Jun-2025Wow what a villa it had everything you could possibly need for your stay. From the moment we contacted Steve he was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions I had. From the minute we got there it was just bliss with a 34 degree heatwave the pool was incredible and much needed. The rooftop terrace with pergola was a fantastic area for some shade. The outdoor kitchen area was amazing and a great addition for alfresco dining. The villa itself was well equipped with a large, lovely open plan kitchen diner lounge area. Bedrooms were spotless and roomy. Bathroom and on-suite were spacious and had wonderful showers. All in all a great stay, we will definitely be booking again soon.
