A beautiful villa a credit to Steve lovely pool great roof solarium with kitchen and shaded seating area air conditioner was excellent kept us cool in the heatwave we had a short walk to 3 bars and small supermarket in roda and 25 minutes steady walk to 525 plaza all in all a great holiday destination.

Well, WOW, what a lovely lovely villa with a kind of home from home feel!! We have just stayed here after driving 2 days from the UK in mid June this year (2023). What a beautiful place to stay. As you can imagine we were tired & ready to drop when we walked in we couldn't believe how bright & clean & welcoming it was. A comfy sofa. Our grown up boys were thrilled with the English TV channels & You Tube. So much space in every room for storage & plenty of hanging space & lots of drawers. Even a posh video entry system. Both bathrooms are clean & lovely. Showers powerful. We slept so well there as the mattresses on the beds are so comfortable, even better than ours at home! The pool is fantastic and once you are there it is bigger than it appeared in the photos. The rooftop space is massive with cooking facilities, fridge & a big BBQ, plenty of seating & sun loungers. There is a washing machine in a little room outside & an airer which we used lots. If you go by plane & don't have room for lilos there are some there to use. There were shutters on every window to keep the rooms nice & cool. We ate at a couple of really good restaurants down in the town, Hemmingways & Milo. Both were exceptional. There's a big Chinese shop in town for anything you might need. The Mercadona supermarket in town is really good and there is also Aldi & Lidl too. One thing that stood out for us apart from the amazing villa was the communication from the owner Steve. From the moment I made the first enquiry until him checking we had got home ok at the very end of our trip, he was absolutely lovely to deal with. He was willing to help with anything at all and he was always so friendly. One last thing, the area was quiet and we felt very safe which was something we were concerned about before we went. If you do decide to choose this villa you will not be disappointed!!
