Immaculately kept, 3 bedroom family house that has everything you need, all bedrooms are Air-Conditioned. The first floor along with the toilet, shower, bath, has two Double Bedrooms, one with a 1 single and 1 double bed. Plus a Master Bedroom, with 1 double bed, and a balcony with table and chairs so you can sit and watch the sun come up, both bedrooms have large fitted wardrobes (coat hangers supplied).
Ground floor comprises of a Fully Fitted Kitchen, Lounge, Toilet/Shower, Twin bedded room with double wardrobe.
(We also provide all towels including beach towels)
For your enjoyment there is a Radio/CD player, Satellite TV a Playstation3, plus games for the children and selection of board games.
Wi-Fi is included.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge/freezer, Gas Cooker, Electric oven, Microwave, Air Fryer and all modern utensils you will ever need. Adjacent to the kitchen is a utility area which is equipped with washing machine, clothes line and sink. The lounge is a comfortable living area with twin sofas.
The patio area comprises of a table and six chairs for outdoor eating throughout those lovely summer months.
Los Alcázares is a municipality and a coastal spa town and former fishing village on the western side of the Mar Menor in the autonomous community and province of Murcia, southeastern Spain.
The Mar Menor (little sea) belongs to three other municipalities: San Javier, San Pedro del Pinatar and Cartagena and is Europe's largest saltwater lagoon. Connected to the adjacent Mediterranean sea by several channels, the Mar Menor has a surface area of almost 20 km2 and the fact that it is typically 2-4 degrees warmer than the Mediterranean, makes it a very popular destination for sailing, windsurfing, kiteboarding and other water sports enthusiasts.
