By Franco Lombardi on 21-Jun-2025A truly fantastic villa, the a/c’s really make all the difference. Lovely quiet streets with excellent restaurants around the corner as well as the supermarket. Very short walk to the lovely super warm sea/beach. And if you are brave enough to swim out as far as possible you’ll see sea horses swimming amongst the sea grass. Beds and umbrellas are only 10 euros all day and the beach bars are excellent. Beautiful walk along the beach front down to the old town. And the main strip which has excellent pubs/ bars and brilliant restaurants is around 15 mins walk away.
Great family location
By Roger on 29-Sep-2024From the initial contact with the owner Graham, through to his follow-up contact after our stay, the whole process was exemplary, friendly and enjoyable. The property was in immaculate condition, spotlessly clean with everything you would need, right down to beach towels, an Amazon firestick an d an air fryer! Just superb, an having young grandchildren with us having the internet, a safety gate and copious amounts of games and inflatables etc was just the ticket. Location wise, bang on! a brief 5 minute walk to the beach, super market and restaurants cafe's 2 minutes walk. The location in regard to the town and other local amenities was ideal, and as we had a car we explored at our leisure. Fully recommend the property and the owner, we will look forward to staying there again in 2025.

A beautiful getaway...
By Debbie & Abbie M on 10-May-2024From the very start, it was a smooth transition from the airport to the house (approx 30 minutes). We had all the details to access the house, everything was clean and tidy and it was lovely and cool inside. Towels ready on the beds and everything made up for the size of our party. We popped our bags down and walked to the Maxi Dia - just around the corner (little supermarket) just to grab a few bits to get us through our stay. We knew we had Lorraine & Keith (housekeepers) on hand and could call or txt them at any moment should we need assistance. We strolled down to the beach, which took us just 10 minutes to walk to, we arrived at Spinosa - a beautiful beach bar that had amazing views, lovely staff, great food and drinks, sometimes they had music on which created a lovely vibe - they also do windsurfing and other watersports and a sushi bar! the sea was warm, you can walk for miles.... Saturday the market was on again in walking distance, highly recommend to buy clothes, presents, jewellery, fresh fruit and veg here too. The house has excellent air-con which is needed after those hot beach days. We visited many bars and restaurants in which everything was priced reasonably and even the Taxi's were friendly and easily found in the information pack provided at the house. So lovely to wake up in a Spanish Road with the sun shining, sipping a tea or coffee on the balcony... or a sangria! You can hire a car or take rental bikes out too which is a great way of getting around. The house is in the perfect location to reach so many different places... we can't recommend the house enough.

The house was perfect with a supermarket on your doorstep, beach close by and a new splash park that had recently opened a stones throw away. The house had air-con, a well equipped kitchen and everything you would need for a home from home experience. We loved that you could walk everywhere to enjoy everything you would need from a holiday. Gorgeous beach with restaurants, beach bar with a play park to the rear, what more would you want. Thank you Graham we had a fabulous much needed holiday and can’t wait to return!!
