Lovely 2-bed apartment, first floor , close to Los Narejos and the beautiful beaches of the Mar Menor

A contemporary. comfortable apartment with a home feel and very close to supermarkets, bars, restaurants and the wonderful beaches of the Mar Menor. With 3 large swimming pools and plenty of space for sun bathing. It is a very popular with families and couples for a relaxing holiday where you do not need a car to venture further afield. The apartment has excellent wifi, flatscreen large TV with English and Spanish channels. Hot and cold air-conditioning which has a meter providing some credit for each week of your stay and if more is needed you can buy extra aircon cards from the property manager.

Very popular area as it is very flat with 4 supermarkets within walking distance and plenty of restaurants to choose from. The beach is a 10 - 15 minutes walk to the beach and a local golf club dis a short 3km drive away. Pets are not allowed

Check in is 16h00 and check-out 10h00 and a minimum stay of 5 days

The nearest airport is Corvera, Murcia and flights also arrive in Alicante. Car hire and cabs are available at both airports

To secure a booking a 30% deposit of the full price is required and the balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to check-out. A further 80 Euros is paid to the keyholder when checking in which covers the keyhandover. contact for your stay and full apartment clean at the end of your stay.
